Nice place to get to know La Laguna
The location is very good. 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Nearby there are many shops where you can buy bread, fruits and several bars.
Dishes are a little lacking. One plate and one knife. There is no cutting board or pasta dryer. There should be more kitchen utensils.

Perfect
great location, the presence of super hosts, impeccable cleanliness. The small studio has everything you need, even if you only take hand luggage with you.

Very good
A fairly central place, and it is convenient to go anywhere on the island with it.
The only thing I didn’t like about this location was the chimes from time to time in the recluse, but hey, this is secondary. I didn't stay in the studio for long either.

I felt at home
The apartment was very clean. With all the comforts for my stay, including the kitchen. The toilet was perfectly clean, plus a good flow shower and a thermos that worked great. Three windows, a fairly light office. The internet connection was pretty good, very fast. Hostess Asun's treatment is impeccable. I will definitely repeat myself and recommend it to my friends.

Very attentive host and good location
The location is great for walking distance to many attractions. Minus - parking next to the studio.
It's very cold in the city. I took days with a lot of rain and little humidity.

Cleaning.
There is practically no hot water, it is very expensive due to the fact that it is small and what little it has, it does not have boilers with a covid justification, but there is cutlery, which does not make sense. Wi-Fi is also not very good.

Calmness.
There is not enough hot water even for 5 minutes and the Wi-Fi is very poor. There is also no mop in case you spill something, as in my case, it started to rain and the whole entrance got wet. Everything else is good. Quiet place, nothing more.

Clean and well connected.
All the perfect location, about 12 minutes walk from the tram stop, you can stroll through the shopping streets. Also well connected by Guaugua and the nearby airport. Everything is clean, sorry for the covid because I could always cook food there, but you have to enjoy the gastronomy of the country. Also a clothesline in case you run into any trouble with any stained clothing. The owner is always outgoing and very friendly.
Maybe church chimes. This may disturb the calm a little.

It was very neat and clean. The location was fine too, as it is very close to the center and there are shops in the immediate vicinity.
So far so good. Personally, I would have liked a small kettle for tea, so I bought a small kettle.

Suitable for singles
There was olive oil, garlic, salt, coffee, enough silverware. The bathroom had soap, sunscreen, a dryer and some laundry soap.
There was not much room in the kitchen to cook and place the plate on the counter. There was very little space for washing dishes, there was no first aid kit.

Everything is as it should be, even better that one person needs.
Cleanliness, everything is very clean, no insects and cockroaches, everything is very neat and very well thought out for the convenience of one person.
The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but that was ok.

Ideal for a single person. Location next to bus stop and 10-15 minutes walk from LA TRINIDAD tram stop to reach Santa Cruz and the center of the lagoon. Asun is very kind. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. If I come back, I will definitely repeat it.
To say something like "improvement", for my taste, there is not enough lighting inside and outside (in the courtyard) of the apartment, and that hot water in the shower will last a little longer. In addition, the Wi-Fi in the apartment where I stayed received almost no signal and there was little coverage.

Good location right in the city center and also at de Norte airport.

The location is very close to the lagoon, 10 minutes from the city center; Everything was very clean and there were small details that made the stay a happy one.

It is located at one of the city's entrances from the airport. Walking distance to the center 10 min. There are several bars in the neighborhood. The wifi was very good and the mattress was firm and comfortable.

Exactly what you were looking for in the right place
Location, bus stop at the door and good places to have breakfast and drink. And also the chimes of the church ahead!
A bit noisy as the studio is located on a busy avenue, the main entrance to the city, with lots of traffic. But good double-glazed windows.

Cozy studio with good location.
The refrigerator was great. Since there were Mercadona and HiperDino near the house, I could buy milk and other food for a few nights when I arrived and some restaurants were already closed for dinner. I also liked that, being small, it was very well furnished, very cozy and practical. The bus stop and tram are very close and this allowed me to spend the day without worrying about when to go home.
A microclimate was created inside the house compared to the coolness outside, but the hostess was very attentive and brought me a fan without asking :)

excellent studio equipment: a performance in such a small area! (and even a beer in the fridge ... which I didn't dare to drink because I didn't know if it was included in the rental price!) the ability to leave the keys in the studio while my return flight required me to leave it for about 5 hours in the morning.
the sound of the bells of the neighboring church, ringing every 1/4 hour (from 8 to 22 hours)

Everything he had was thought out and adequate. Exquisite cleaning and a lot of attention from the owners who constantly followed my stay. This point is important because there is no reception here, and we never saw each other, but I felt that I was being served. I really appreciate that I had some products at my disposal that usually do not allow using the kitchen, even if they are available in the form of salt, oil, vinegar, soap sponge, soap, and also shampoo, gel, sunscreen in the bathroom .. ...

The best option for arrivals and departures from the northern airport and a stopover for a few days.
Close to Tenerife North Airport (25 minutes walk even with a suitcase), if you go from Santa Cruz on the 105th bus, then the stop is also nearby. Close to home are 3 large supermarkets and a good fruterie.
It was Easter week and the bell sounded from morning until late in the evening, probably this is more connected with the holiday.
