I would like to stay there again, but in summer….
What I liked the most was its location without a doubt and the staff. Maria took extraordinarily good care of us and she was totally considerate. What's more, the inconveniences we had ceased to be due to her involvement and resolution.
Well, little shelter in the bed we thought it would be normal but being inside the apartment was cold. There was a problem with the hot water but it was solved, although we had to change apartments.

It is very central and you can walk to both the cathedral and the Alcázar, the Bodegas Tío Pepe and the Andalusian School of Equestrian Art. It has everything you need for household items and cleaning. The bed is comfortable. It is quiet because it overlooks a patio.

Ideal for several weekends
I liked everything, the decor, the decor, the cleanliness, the attitude of the owner. We were there for a whole week and it was perfect as a place to rest upon our return from the daily itinerary. It should be noted that it has two air conditioning systems, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, which makes your stay in August very pleasant, even when it is very hot.
My recommendation is to put a brush, a dustpan and a mop in the apartments. When you come from the beach you always bring sand and it's awkward to step on, I asked the hostess if she could use the ones in the restroom and she told me no problem, that's what they're for.

Excellent accommodation
The location has quite a lot of services and shops, the apartment is modern, with all amenities, air conditioning, good shower, good bed.
I miss a stove or something similar to cook or reheat pizza, and something as simple as a broom and mop. Parking in the area is tricky, the days I was there I parked in the blue zone.

Very good owner attention! Quite spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Pretty powerful air conditioners. Recently renovated house and apartment in excellent condition.
There was not enough lighting in the room, even with the light in the bathroom and at night it didn't look good in the room. Some basic kitchen utensils were missing

Very pleasant stay
The accommodation is brand new, very well equipped, in the center. Nothing is missing, it's very nice, very modern, very clean. I recommend.
The only black dot is the price of parking, from 15 to 17 euros per night and more if you are there during the day. there is no getting away from it, there is no parking in the city. Some noises from neighbors sometimes but the nights are calm.

I do not think that you can find something better in terms of price-quality ratio. Very well equipped apartment. Cleared. Very comfortable bed. Ideal location. Parking nearby (very quiet pedestrian street at night). Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, juicer... Two bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival. Added to the goodness of the apartment is Maria's kindness, who made it easy for us to check in and out, store our bags, and answered our questions right away. Thank you very much.

Great apartment in the center of Jerez
Very new and well equipped apartment, as shown in the pictures. In the center of Jerez. Pedestrianized area, not accessible by car, but there is parking less than 3 feet. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (vital during the dates we were in). Arriving at the apartment is very comfortable, following the instructions of Mary, the person in charge.

There are 2 buildings, one in the square and the other in the inner building, at the time of booking it seems like they are all in the Plaza Building. The apartment is very central, so a car is not possible, you have to park it and walk about 300 meters with your suitcases. Otherwise, everything is ok.

Signs can be improved. Even if you have a GPS navigator with direction, it could be improved as these are central streets with limited traffic.
