Decoration, heating temperature, appliances, location and views
The fake fireplace, the water comes out of the shower and the pillows were very low

Dirt
Dirty apartment, carpets with a lot of accumulated dirt, shaggy corners, a closed and dusty smell, and worst of all, a dirty bathroom. We found the shampoo open and with hair we imagine the former tenant had. We asked the landlord to refund the cleaning fee, and he refused. In addition, we were traveling with a child of 2 years and were going to prepare only a double bed. I had to insist several times that they give us another room.

I would change platform to choose hosting
The location of the apartment and the city.
They put air conditioning in the description of the accommodation, and then it turns out that it was not there, when I complained about this circumstance, the booking changed the description when I was already there, then they called me and said that I made a mistake when reading the description, but they did not know that I had screenshots from the previous description….well….everything was like a joke.

Cozy place and good location for sightseeing
Location, cleanliness, excellent heating and was very comfortable.
The shower was leaking and the mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable.

Good
I liked the location of the house and the fact that there is a TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Heating has been around for a long time.
It's not exactly relevant, but I didn't like that the toilet lid was broken and flying out of its place... it was a bit uncomfortable. The shower also doesn't have much pressure.
