The apartment has a superb seafront location with phenomenal sunset views from the private terrace. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday can be reached on foot in a few minutes. You can park right in front of the door and El Cotillo has some good restaurants and lovely bays to swim in. The kitchen is well equipped... a few more glasses of wine would be nice. You have to get used to the staircase/kitchen combination. The second bedroom is located on the top floor and is directly accessible from the terrace. If you really want to watch TV on holiday, you must speak Spanish and be content with a few channels. We used this thing as a radio. Communication with the landlord was very easy
The apartment has rather poor soundproofing, and a broken, loud water pump from annoying neighbors with a constantly running washing machine in the morning was very tiring. Unfortunately there was no remedy during our stay. The mattresses were too soft for my conditions. They felt sagging. But this is a matter of taste.

Nicely located apartment with flaws.
The apartment is in a very good location with great views. All restaurants and beaches are nearby.
The apartment is very worn and the bathroom needs renovation.
