Location in the center. There is plenty of security to get in and out, especially at night.
Bunk bed, my partner and I slept in one of the beds. There is no air conditioning, although a fan is offered upon leaving a deposit.

I will gladly come again.
The student residence is located in one of my favorite places in Cadiz and has a very nice terrace overlooking Candelaria Square and the city centre. Dream! The square itself also has good restaurants and a very good ice cream parlour. Also a supermarket. Everyone at the front desk (Ismael, Cathy, Moises and a fourth colleague whose name I don't know) is very professional, helpful and friendly.
It would be nice to be able to order air conditioning if needed.

We felt very comfortable and comfortable in a charming city.
the location is great, within walking distance of everything there is to see. The friendliness of the staff with special reference to the manager who is a lovely person.
In particular, one of the waiters serving breakfast, the one with glasses, whose friendliness was conspicuous by his absence. He seemed annoyed that you asked him for something. The breakfast is rather poor, but oh well, it does its job. The rooms were very austere but perfect for relaxing.

Central and clean
The location is exceptional. Very close to everything for those who want to know the monuments and the historical center. The room is clean and adequate. There is a shared terrace with great views, perfect for breakfast or an afternoon drink if you don't go out to the square.
A very soft mattress and pillow that, instead of filling you up, destroys you. The shower head will have to be replaced. The room is very close to the elevator, you can hear it very well. If it's the weekend, don't close your eyes to the hustle and bustle of people leaving and others coming back from the party. There is no air conditioning. They will lend you a fan on bail. Passable breakfast. Expensive price per night. Only the location makes up for it. If you have problems with your wrist or hand, you will not be able to open the door to leave or enter the center. You can't make a direct booking with accommodation, they refer you to the platform even to let you know the availability.

Users are on vacation and the doorbell is audible when they arrive and "talk" loudly. There is no air conditioning in the room, but you can request it with a deposit that will be returned to you later (recommended because I did not ask for it and I was quite hot).

The residence meets the needs of everyone who wants to stay in the center of Cadiz.
Excellent location, the friendliness and attention of the staff at any time (day and night) is exquisite, the room with everything you need for a good rest, the breakfast is also in line with expectations and at a convenient time (from 8 to 10:30 am).).
My room overlooked a patio and had little ventilation, I had to ask for a fan which was offered promptly and in a timely manner.

What we liked the most is its location, but in general it's good, you have to know where everyone goes and it's clear that we can't expect the same services as in the hotel, because that's not what said: The attention of the staff is very good, the breakfast without any luxury is very good, and the rooms, although small, are very quiet, the relationship between other guests is also very healthy, and the view from the terrace is very beautiful, and it is very calm in it.
What could be improved is to adapt it a little more for people with limited mobility; For example, the reception desk is very high and not suitable for PMR, the entrance door to the residence is very heavy and difficult to open.

Comfort and perfect location at a good price
We slept in a 90 cm wide bunk bed, two adults and a 2 year old child. The beds are very comfortable. The room is small with a desk and closet and in our case a sink as we had a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) outside but for personal use (right in front of the room). This is a place to sleep and rest. The breakfast is simple but complete and of good quality. You can have breakfast in the dining room or on the upper terrace. Very friendly staff and great location.

Holidays in Cadiz
It was like returning to my student days. We lived in neighboring single rooms. Each room had its own sink. Since the room is private, there is enough space in it to leave things. Comfortable bed. Everything is clear. And the best thing is, it's in the center close to everything. Very friendly staff. They left us an umbrella for the beach. Good breakfast.

I booked for 4 people: two adults and 2 children. They probably ran out of rooms because they gave us a single and double room with a bunk bed. The bathroom was private but separated from the rooms. There is no trace of air conditioners or fans in the rooms, which means that in Andalusia in August these rooms are stoves, especially those facing the patio: it is not even worth opening the window because the air does not circulate. Not recommended for families.

I had to reserve an inn, so I made a reservation and paid for it, but this is the first time that the total amount and the billed amount have been different, so from now on, she will decide with a little more leeway.
