We had a great month in this beautiful place. The apartment is good and comfortable.
The apartment is located in the new part of Cadiz. Directly opposite the beach and great walking areas. We lived at two for a whole month in November. The weather was great . The grocery store is a small one 2 houses to the right. Great 10 min walk. Cafe downstairs. across the house to the left is an excellent restaurant in the last high-rise building. In general, the place is unique and definitely worth a visit. The apartment is well equipped. If something was missing, we bought it and left it there. The Chinese stores have everything. Everyone can buy new towels or a frying pan. Everything else is in abundance.
Check in! The application is not a fact that you will get into an apartment or even a house. Nobody meets. there are no living people. We did not manage to open a house or an apartment. It was 8 pm on a Saturday and I had to call the specified number. It's good that we were met and brought by a private guide. She spoke Spanish on the phone and it took her 40 minutes to somehow get us to the apartment. The keys are in the apartment. and then no problem. It's an online castle! We have no experience in this area. We didn't like it all. It didn't spoil our stay. Technologies...

We will be back !!
Location and terrace. Wasn't going to pick up the keys, that's ok. The app worked great, great progress.
There were mosquitoes, and although they left the insecticide behind, it wasn't enough. I recommend changing insecticides for every room.

The login code is ok, but the host who greets you and gives you 1-2 sets of keys is not defeated by any app.

It is on the first line, with a fantastic terrace and all nearby services.
Something iron that needs to change and an automatic keyed access system that makes a terrible noise every time you enter and leave the apartment, we sincerely apologize to the neighbors.

Apartment with sea view
Exceptional beachfront location surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and everything else you need. Fantastic terrace overlooking the sea. Very spacious apartment with all amenities, AA in all rooms, full set of dishes. Very clean. A contactless check-in system that works really well. I will repeat myself!
The bed frame in the master bedroom had a drawer under it that served as a trolley, but both parts were not fixed, and when moved, the bed frame fell onto the trolley, which was rather uncomfortable. It is forbidden to cook blue fish.

Perfect
Very nice decor with new furniture. It is more comfortable to sleep on the sofa than on the bed. On the terrace there is a huge table for lunch and dinner with a beautiful view. I really liked the mobile login system. Overall the apartment is amazing, the only negative is the uncomfortable beds.
The beds are very uncomfortable. The mattresses need to be changed because they are thin and very difficult to sleep. For the high price they ask for their stay, they should change the mattress.

Ideal apartment for those looking for a beach holiday
The location of the apartment is a few steps from the beach with a small terrace overlooking the ocean. Well appointed apartment, nice neighbors.
Accessing the apartment with Hoomvip is quite tricky. There is only one set of keys for 4 people. Quite an unpleasant smell upon arrival at the apartment and especially in one of the two bathrooms.

Terrace view and especially air conditioning. Works like a shot Kitchen appliances were a movie theater
One drawback was that the showers, especially one of them, were small. The system of opening an apartment by mobile phone did not convince me at all. I'm more of a classic key

Perfect
On the terrace 10 !. He caught up with us (the wind), and there are still wonderful views. Good entry and exit system.

Unbeatable apartment
Cleanliness, good taste in design, functionality, sofa and TERRACE! It's better not to say "on the front line". Very quiet, not noisy.
It is unthinkable not to have a Nespresso coffee machine or similar with capsule, sugar, infusion... This is the detail that defines the quality of the stay. The mattresses are not comfortable. Lack of flexibility to check in a bit earlier, moreover we arrived at 3pm and the cleaning lady was still leaving the apartment and the floors were wet. We were traveling with three children and planned to eat in the apartment, we had to linger with food.

Well-maintained and fresh apartment right by the sea and the surf waves.
Surf spot right outside the terrace. Small grocery store a stone's throw away. Many small restaurants along the promenade. Fresh apartment. Nicely decorated. Well cleaned so it felt new.
Would be even better if all beds have duvets. A double bed had sheets and a duvet, so we moved the duvet from one of the other rooms there.
