I loved the terrace of the apartment with Benidorm at my feet
Undoubtedly what else is the views from the apartment and the large terrace that, being glazed, you could dine on it even if it was winter. The urbanization and the environment
They could change the photos in the ad because there is furniture that does not match reality (such as a sofa that can be seen on the terrace and instead there are two wooden chairs). The mattress on the large bed is quite uncomfortable. The tub had no stopper, I guess, so no one would be tempted to take a bath. The central heating should be checked, because it constantly has to be turned off because it went from throwing hot to cold air

unique location with great views.
the view of the Mediterranean Sea and Benidorm, and the most beautiful sunset!
There should be more attention to bring the apartment back in line with the photos of a few years ago and to restore the aging and use.

The only nice thing about the apartment was the view, the apartment was very bad and dirty.
View, pool, cleanliness on the stairwell
Upon arrival, we found the apartment in a very poor condition. Absolute NO Go as it has been cleaned up. The joints in the kitchen were completely covered in leftovers, leftovers everywhere in the kitchen. Everything in the kitchen is sticky, dried up, there are scrambled eggs on the kitchen utensils, the washing machine is in a deplorable state with the remnants of detergents, the pieces of furniture are old, ruined and broken, the beds are the cheapest of the cheapest, the garden table on the balcony is dirty. We immediately complained by phone and reported this to WhatsApp, unfortunately the agency did not immediately respond, we had to go to the site again and show everything again. It is very annoying that only after 2 days a very unfriendly cleaning lady came, who said that there was so dirty there??!! After that, we cleaned a lot ourselves if we wanted to use it.

Enjoy your family vacation.
Without doubt the best thing about the apartment is the terrace and the spectacular view. Private parking, very quiet area. Right and necessary.
The cleaning was regular and when we arrived there were 2 technicians fixing the air, after a long trip with 2 kids we had to wait for them to finish their vacation and inspect the house. We entered from 4:00 pm and it was already around 6:00 pm I think they had some free time before our arrival. They also ask you for a deposit of 200 euros, which if you give it in metal they will be back in 7 days.

Just a fantastic view of Benidorm.
There was no coffee machine in the room, although it was listed in the description.

Great view and quiet location
Incredible beach views, two bathrooms, a washer that also dries clothes, and the tranquility of the residence. There are games for children outside.
Lack of cutlery (for example, only 2 teaspoons), also lack of an automatic coffee machine with capsules. Bed linen is average (mattress is too soft).

The views it has are impressive. This is a very comfortable apartment with a super comfortable garage.
If you don't have a car, there is a deadly hill to get to the building. But with a great car.
