passable for the weekend
Price and location, also the kindness of Antonio, the owner I imagine.
We did not have breakfast, we missed more toilet paper, more towel sets, there were no cloths in the kitchen and we missed soaps in the bathrooms and the sofa had sand. Chairs and a table on the balcony would be nice

Ideally located apartment
The apartment is excellently located, clean, there were enough dishes for us (we are 3 people), the air conditioning works perfectly, a very comfortable living room with a large sofa and TV ... really very good, if I return to Benidorm, I will try to stay here again.
As a recommendation, I would put a wastebasket in the bathroom and scissors in the kitchen.

If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that there is no small table on the terrace.

Near the beach
We were two couples. The first one came at 16:00 to have everything under control when my husband and I arrived. The cleaning lady was still cleaning, my husband and I came at 6pm and she was still cleaning. When we paid we were punctual, the owner should have done the same. My brother called and talked to him and the compensation we had was, on the day of departure instead of 12 we could stay until 3. If you need pictures of what the apartment looked like at 4 I can send them to you, so Let them see that we are not lying. I do not recommend this place, because of the bad service they have, it is expensive.

It could be, but it wasn't, for a while
Location, it was very well located, all shops and bars nearby. The kitchen and dining area is good to chat and play. The rest is not, very bad.
Beds: terrible mattresses, old and shapeless with squeaky beds. The air conditioner is full of dust, we couldn't even turn it on. The blankets are full of dust and mites. Not good for allergy sufferers. TV is not Smart TV and there is no internet. Swollen doors and none of them close, it looks like neglect. 5 forks on the whole floor, brutal.

Nice stay with very nice weather in November.
The place is exceptional.
Being centrally located in the restaurant area, it was somewhat difficult to relax on a Saturday night.

Good experience
In general, the apartment is very good, it can be seen that it has been renovated, modern furniture, a balcony. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The rest of the beds were comfortable. They provide bath towels, a hairdryer, a large TV, an oven, a microwave oven, a vitro, a washing machine. Ideal location, 1 minute walk from the beach, as well as the whole area of bars and shops.
The double bed and box spring were old and rather uncomfortable, the rest of the beds were ok.

Perfect location 30 meters from the beach and everything, well equipped. Best host and very helpful.
Noisy air conditioner in the small bedroom and a bucket to empty the air conditioner in the living room. Parking nearby is a bit far away and 21 euros per day ...

VERY NICE APARTMENT !!
The apartment itself is excellent, renovated, clean, very spacious; This is very good and highly recommended. The owner was very friendly and provided us with all the comforts in the world, the location is great, very close to the beach and all the bars in Benidorm.
There are some details that are not important, for example, the description says that he has a hairdryer or a toaster, and then you get there, but he does not ... they are not important, but you still plan to use them or you plan to use them them, and then you find that you don't have them. On the other hand, we took a weekend from Friday to Sunday and the landlord told us that he had no reservation for Monday, that we could stay on Sunday all day with no problem if he didn't tell us if someone had booked it. because Sunday at 11 in the morning, when we were already on the beach, he called us to say that they had booked it and that at 16:00 people had come, so we had 1 hour to check out, so we had to run away with beach collect and collect everything in a hurry. I understand that you have done us a favor by letting us stay, but I cannot believe they would book you at 11am to come in at 4pm with such short notice.

Central and quiet apartment
It was all new, very central, one step from the beach but at the same time on a very quiet street. The owner Antonio is very attentive and immediately does everything that is required of him. We will be back without a doubt.

At the close of the deal, we were shown the nightlife
Antonio, the owner, was treated very well at the front desk as he was waiting for our arrival at night and also had to come to pick us up when we got lost with the car. It is an individual approach to seniors that must be appreciated. He took great care of us. The apartment is in good repair and everything is working properly. While ideal for families on vacation or groups of friends due to its location, we traveled for work and were able to serve a client in an apartment with all the comfort and presence, and we were not disappointed with this option in a more informal business setting.
That the weekend ended with such joy that we wanted more.

A practically new apartment, very comfortable beds and a sofa.

100% recommended apartment renovated and very well treated by the owner.
The location of the apartment is excellent, as is the treatment the owner received us with. The apartment has everything and is quiet enough for the area in which it is located (city center).
The only negative (if you can call it that, because it doesn't matter) - there was not enough hair dryer, but nothing else.

The apartment is in a very good location close to the beach and the main shopping streets in the center of Benidorm. The apartment is completely renovated, comfortable, spacious, clean. The owner was very friendly and took great care of us at all times.
