Location, pools, how clean it was. Study size. It has been renovated. The terrace is very good. Overall a great studio.
The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, which made an unpleasant impression. They couldn't set the TV remote all week. They left a bucket of used oil, disgusting, really.
Very good location and facilities, quiet place to rest, eat on the terrace and walk around, everything is close by. And the best thing is that the staff of the complex especially noted Tete (from the supermarket of the complex), my daughter fell down the stairs and immediately came to our aid with an ice bag and she helped us. Thank you very much aunt!! Very grateful!!
There is no extractor fan so when you get back to the studio it smells like food, some kitchen utensils are missing, including a toaster, some cleaning of the shower tray and its connections; and little real estate communication in the days we were... Hence my score of 8, if it wasn't for a bit more attention it would have been a 10.
The place is ideal for families with children, lots of activities for the whole family, swimming pool, beach and a large park. Right in front of the entrance.

They only gave me 3 cards to go to the pool and there were 4 of us, the mattresses on the sofa bed were uncomfortable and the pool needs maintenance as the slide and stairs to climb were pretty worn out plus there will be a canopy ... needed because it gives a lot of sun on the balcony when it's hotter
