perfect
The apartment is just like in the photos, very comfortable, affordable, centrally located, everything you need (bedding, kitchenware, hairdryer, etc.), well lit, easy access, well connected, views of the marina buildings, which is Spectacular, we are very happy with our choice and the guys who give you the keys are very friendly.
The only thing that TV was not seen in the rooms (there are 3, one in the living room and in each bedroom).

Big!
The apartment is impressive. It has an excellent location on the port, good access to the nearby beach and all services in the area. The cleanliness is very good as well as the equipment. Nothing is missing.
To get to the apartment, you need to go down the stairs, but there is no elevator. We had a baby stroller and it cost a little more but I can't rate it less as the positive carries a lot more weight.

Very nice apartment in a good location
Very nice and in a great location, we were a group of friends and we were caught by the beach and the hotel very close, we did everything on foot.

Not this way. Good location but red flag.
Location
Major odor problems (downpipes). At times the smell was unbearable. It was difficult to sleep at night. It's a red flag that covers the rest of the good stuff. You should not rent out in these conditions, no matter how many TVs there are in the apartment.
