The reception for collecting the key is 7min. walk from our accommodation. A taxi can be arranged if needed. we have not used this. the welcome was very friendly and helpful. The property is located in the Gracia district between Sagrada and Quell Park. it is a spacious apartment. it is a clean and fully furnished apartment with a balcony at the front. the metro, which we used a lot, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. A supermarket is opposite the apartment. the reception is easy to reach for tips for restaurants, for example.

The rooms booked were large, clean and equipped with many amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, clothes dryer, hair dryer. All rooms were very comfortable and had large balconies. The kitchenette was really well equipped and the fridge was spacious, nothing to say from that point of view. In terms of location, we were a 10 minute walk from Sagrada Familia and relatively close to Grazia. We also appreciated that they gave us 4 electronic keys for a room and a change of towels. The price-quality ratio is definitely very favorable.

The apartment was much larger than we expected, located just 8 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and close to many shops. The apartment allowed us to have the comfort we needed in Barcelona. Communication at the front desk has always been great, very responsive and always attentive to everything going well during our stay. We only had an issue with the coffee machine not working properly but the front desk replaced it right away. We 100% recommend this establishment.

There is even a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules (can be bought separately), a kettle, sharp knives, a very large flat screen TV, a BlueRay player (!), heating that is easy to understand and everything works perfectly . The cleaning staff are also very attentive, willing to help at any time. By accident, he answered us on a Saturday night at 11pm...! The best I've tried so far in Barcelona, ​​at a very reasonable price.

Now about everything in order, point by point: 1. Arrival, getting the keys. We arrived on Sunday, so we checked in at Rosselló, 380, at the reception of another hotel in this chain, Sensation Sagrada Familia. At check-in, a tourist tax is charged and a deposit of 300 Euros is blocked on the card. All this is detailed in the living conditions + the hotel staff additionally reported this in correspondence. So there were no questions. The deposit was fully unlocked on the 3rd day after departure (we left on Friday, and the money was returned on Monday morning). 2. Apartment. Access to the entrance and the apartment with plastic cards, like in a hotel. The apartment is immaculately clean (yes, that's right, I was not too lazy and looked under the beds and in other hard-to-reach places - it's clean). All appliances listed are present and fully functional. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need. The kitchen has a complete set of dishes and kitchen utensils for 6 - 8 people, including a dishwasher (with detergent), microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster. All cleaning products were issued with a large supply. In the bathroom, a full set of detergents, also a full set of towels, extra blankets and pillows. Wi-Fi connected and worked quickly and without problems. 3. Location. Very successful. The apartment is located at the same time in a fairly quiet area, but at the same time, within walking distance from the most important attraction (Sagrada, of course =))), as well as from 2 metro stations and several bus stops. The very center - Plaça Catalunya, just 3 short stops from the Joanic station. There are many shops and supermarkets around, incl. 24 hours, all kinds of cafes and restaurants.
