The apartment on the website looked nicer than what we got.

In general everything was acceptable. Need to pay an extra for arriving later than 20:00 at the apartment.

Minor remarks about cleaning, e.g. dishes that had not been used for a long time were slightly dusty. But the apartment has everything prepared for guests, including a sponge for washing up and liquid, so it's such a minor detail. The bathroom and general level of cleanliness was ok. There is no information on where to dispose of rubbish, which created a slight misunderstanding at check-out.

Noisy air conditioning, cleanliness under the bed leaves much to be desired, smell of sewage and we were lucky to see cockroaches.. The first night there was a problem with the front door at 1 am (which was settled, but with a cold and the arrogant behavior of the person we talked to on the phone)

Strongly not recommended for families with small children. The door and the stairs are very inconvenient, it is impossible to start the stroller and lift it to the elevator alone. Even the bathroom and the table are really small, and everything becomes shared if you place the stroller inside the apartment. the balcony is not habitable. at night the shower and drain made a lot of noise. If we had paid less I might recommend it, but at this price it's really better... (3 nights 500 euros / two adults and a 2 year old child)

The mattress needs to be changed, it forms a basin. The sofa bed is more comfortable. The walls are paper thin and we can hear everything from going up the stairs. A curtain that hides the light in the bathroom will be a real plus for morning sleep. We couldn't find how to open the windows to ventilate the room.

For review, the bathroom is very small and in particular the shower and toilet drains were constantly clogged.

The shower didn't drain. The mattresses were quite dirty. There were not enough pillows for the four of us, there were no blackouts and blinds, so at dawn the light penetrated everywhere.

No connection. Fifth floor, very narrow staircase. The elevator broke down the day before we arrived and no one told us so we could decide ahead of time what we wanted to do. We arrived in Barcelona at 17:00, with two girls, four suitcases, Easter, and when we told the boy accompanying us that we were unhappy with the situation, he only had time to tell us that we could cancel the booking. He did not offer us any solution or relocation. Booking is nothing. Shower clogged, bathroom sink clogged. The sofa mattress is deformed and uncomfortable, and even with fungi.

very dark and cold, too expensive for a holiday apartment - for the price you can also go to the hotel - additional cleaning fee, 200 euro deposit where you have to check within a week after that if it was booked back to the account. As a result, the check-in went very quickly, but, unfortunately, there was no information about which apartment to call: that is, first call from the airport, then wait 10 minutes downstairs until I called everywhere in the house. A little embarrassing.. Wi-Fi is not very good, so not recommended for remote work.

All expectations were met. There were no negative points. True, it is worth noting that those who slept in the living room sometimes got in the way of the noise on the stairs, the belated neighbors could be heard well.

There was not enough hot water tank for 4 people.

There is no heating, however, as elsewhere in Barcelona))) A little cramped in the shower. There is no large mirror.

For a family of 4 for a couple of nights - ok, but if it is longer - a little crowded. The entrance to the shower is through the bedroom. Toilet behind a frosted glass door. But on the whole, I rather liked it.

In the kitchen, add pots and replace knives.

The apartment is comfortable for 3 people. There were four of us and the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable

As soon as we tried the so-called sofa bed, we noticed that two adults cannot sleep here as they wrote in the description, so we contacted them immediately. They didn't come until the next day so we slept on the mattress we put on the floor. When they arrived, they thought nothing was wrong, it was indeed adults who had slept there before. We pointed out again to give us only one mattress and we can lie on the floor. They would see what they could do. So we slept another night on a thin mattress on the floor. They then come the next day and say that they have looked everywhere for a mattress but haven't found one and it takes a week to order. We then ask about compensation, which they say they have to take up with their manager. We sleep hard for another night and the next day we get a message that the manager has approved compensation as we slept badly all night. We are going back to Sweden after another sleepless night. Since then we have not heard from them and no compensation as promised is in sight. Then they recommended a taxi company they usually use and approximately how much it would cost. This was not right. The taxi meter was already on when we got down to the car, even though we were on time and he was early.

There is a huge layer of dust under the beds, powder for only one wash. Friends had a good sofa, ours was disgusting, it was impossible to turn around while sleeping.

The apartment was smaller than in the photographs ... At 4 it's a little cramped. The bathroom was tiny!

Probably nothing major, but we were only there for the weekend. Accommodation for four would be a problem for a longer period of time😂

It looks more spacious in the photos, and the kitchen and dining area are quite small. We tried to unclog the sink, but we didn't have a lot of hair. And on the last day we found a cockroach and could not kill him, he eluded us.
