The apartment is located on the street next to Gracia Street. It is just a 3-minute walk to Gracia Street. You can start shopping. It is so convenient! It is 300m away from the subway station. Barcelona is relatively big, and you really need to take the subway to go to far places. The apartment is well-equipped and there are many kinds of condiments for cooking. There is instant coffee. If you want to make coffee, it is best to buy some yourself. There are coffee pots and hot water pots. The terrace is very big, so it should be nice to bask in the sun, but unfortunately I go out every day and don't enjoy it. The landlord is very enthusiastic. He will arrive on time to pick up the keys and collect the house. There is no barrier in English communication. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It is a bit expensive for the two of us to live in. In fact, it is very cost-effective for 4 people to live in.

Very nice and large apartment in a beautiful old building with everything you need for a city trip to Barcelona. An environment where everything can be found within walking distance and you can quickly reach the Ramblas by bus or metro.

The apartment was very nicely furnished, nothing was missing. It had a great roof terrace and was very central. The next metro station was just 3 minutes away. We were greeted warmly when handing over the keys and they took a long time to show us everything and also tell us a thing or two about the sights. There was also a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The whole process was pleasant and uncomplicated. We will book it again anytime.

Enough for 2 people! The table was set and there was a surprise from the owner! We were asked in advance if we need a double bed or 2 single (2 bedrooms) beds! Very nice host! Restaurant recommendations were made upon request! House built in 1903, in very good condition, with a new lift to the above door of the apartment (top floor)! Italian coffee maker, good kitchen equipment (kettle, refrigerator, washing machine ...), gas stove ...! 300m walk to metro, taxi rank just around the corner, supermarket and great restaurants! We would come back ... and recommend it to others!
