In the end we solved it ourselves by purchasing sheets and towels before arrival as they didn't solve it. In addition: the apartment is clean, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, with a beautiful view. It's a bit of a hassle upon arrival; Since there is no one to enter and exit, everything works through a mobile and mobile application, when we come to enter for the first time, you must call them to open the gates to the complex, and we did not answer the call, so we waited until someone would come with a car and we went in and they called us within half an hour. The key to the portal is in the mailbox, and then with the application you install and some keys that will be given to you, you can open the apartment door, and as soon as you arrive, the keys will be on the table.

If they want to work with the booking they will have to improve the attention, this stay was very disappointing and to top it off there were blood stains on the wall in the room, the poor administration of the site is unbelievable. I do not recommend it to frequent travelers like us because they will be disappointed.

At the very least, I would change the pillow on the double bed. And I was left with a desire for a terrace, also for a while. But let's repeat.

The only thing for which we found time to leave too early when traveling with children. They have to do the cleaning, and it's understandable that they need time, but they are used to always leaving the house at 12 o'clock. It was difficult for us to get up early with the children. However, we were released an hour later, at 10 am, and not at 9 am. And very grateful !!!
