at the top for a stay in winter and away from the crowds
- amazing view - the 45m2 room is spacious and very pleasant - staff at the top and very attentive with my 2 year old daughter - excellent food - Quiet hotel away from the crowds of Playa Blanca I think if you come in winter or to visit and you want to avoid the crowd of English people who come to the island to sunbathe it is ideal
- curtains not blackout enough The indoor swimming pool is a real asset of this hotel in winter but in summer it is its disadvantage In addition, the hotel is not really in a tourist area so there is no nice restaurant nearby. For our beach days we went to Playa Blanca because there is a real seaside atmosphere there.

Top hotel with architectural features
Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff For my birthday - surprise from the hotel - 1 piece of cake and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room (thank you again) Food in the restaurant - modern, interesting, very tasty at a moderate price Parking garage accessible and billed by the hotel (cheaper)
In a 5 star hotel no bidet in the bathroom Clear view (glass) from the room/bed through the shower to the toilet (privacy???)

Let yourself be surprised.
The room for its view, its brightness, its very nice "other" side, flashing when you enter the room. Comfortable bedding. The Buffet (in the evening). Restaurant 17 with its panorama. Breakfast in the morning (hey!) are all quality, rich and sufficient in all types of food. Impeccable AZAR restaurant (? excuse me if I'm wrong), excellent time, rather surprising value for money (good). Affable staff, naturally smiling-happy. The prices are pretty decent overall.
After reading the comments of other guests of the Hotel, there are indeed "door knocks", smells and other discussions that can come from lower-upper floors through the open window, but this is marginal and normal (unless you obviously fall badly) in a Hotel, was it 5 *. The water pressure, sometimes weak, remains bearable. The most annoying are the delivery trucks or the collection of empty bottles in the morning or the wetting - cleaning of the roads at 5:30 am, what a noise (with the window open). We were on the south side, half sea, half city. By closing the window, the soundproofing is "so" effective that the slightest operating noise inside the Hotel may seem "unpleasant". Not tested the SPA or the swimming pool, very beautiful. Double massage very good, professional, a treat.

great hotel with attention and surprise
The property was super clean and the staff very helpful. We celebrated our birthday and had received 2 extra pieces of cake with champagne. It was a great surprise. ;)
I didn't like that you should pay extra for the sauna.

Hotel ideally located for visiting the island
The central location to visit the island. The comfort of the bedroom. The variety of the buffet at breakfast and dinner. The friendliness of the staff. The treatments offered.
The choice and quality of the teas offered. The impossibility of advancing the check-in time.

Excellent stay!
Very welcoming and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms, pleasant restaurants. Great stay!
It may sound strange but the elevator system is very bad. Despite 4 elevators, the wait is extremely long each time. Another downside: we paid for a triple room but the 3rd bed is actually an extra bed. Bad surprise when the 3rd person is an adult and not a child (especially given the price of the hotel, we expect 3 comfortable beds)

Bad luck in the last hours of the vacation
Clean, comfortable and in a very communicative place. The breakfast was wonderful. A wide selection and very tasty food in a beautifully situated restaurant with a view of the ocean, the promenade and Reducto beach.
Unfortunately upon arrival we lost one of our phones in the hotel lobby. Despite the cameras, a recording was not provided to us, and we did not receive a definitive answer from the staff, what exactly is visible on the recording. This left me with the bitter feeling that maybe the cameras weren't working, and hence the feeling that the security of the place couldn't be guaranteed to anyone. Everything else was great.

Excellent stay. Great view. Excellent breakfast and dinner.
Unheated swimming pool. Made my reservation on booking. Two adults and a 14 year old child. During the check-in I discover that the child is considered as an adult. Am obliged to pay a supplement of 120 euros. And yet the hotel has made a commercial gesture.

Unbeatable 10/10
The treatment was incredible from the entrance to the receptionist, the service of waiters and cooks, etc. Incredible treatment of 10 * P.S. At the entrance to the room we found a bottle of wine and a piece of cake with nice words for my partner, it was his birthday... I think it was incredible that they bothered in every detail for me. A 10/10 hotel. We'll be back. A thousand thanks to everyone. 🥰🎂🤗🎉

In general, everything is very good
The elevator system, where there are 4, is very poorly coordinated. I think you should supervise the operation, since they are slow and as you go up or down, you stop on many floors, where another elevator has already been used, but still As is logical, but if it is a waste of time, I think that, even for savings, they should at least try to find a solution.

We had a good time at the hotel.
The room is nice as are the views, the breakfast is also very good
- Cleaning was sometimes not well done; there was dirt/crumbs on the floor and under the bed, the windows were dirty as was the large mirror in the room. - They have forgotten one day to place soap to wash their hands (it has been an oversight, nothing serious). What we liked least is the cleaning lady who knocked on our door on a Sunday at 9:30 in the morning and rushed us to leave the room. The other days the cleaning has been done late except that day.

Excellent breakfast.
The elevators. They stopped on every floor. The curtains in the room closed or opened all the windows. You couldn't open a window with a view of the sea and close it with a view of the city.

Magnificent hotel with an exceptional view of the ocean
Location of the perfect hotel with a view of the ocean and its beach at the foot of the hotel, staff at customer service and very smiling and welcoming, half-board buffet with a lot of possible and refined choice, designer luxury suite rooms and comfort.

The treatment of all the hotel staff has been more than good. I was surprised by the one-on-one treatment they have with customers. They are true professionals. Special mention to Rafael, who showed us new places on the island where we could go on the road. The room maids had details every day, so we left them a prize when we left.
Some touch-ups in the bathroom, such as in the door frame that shows the cement in the air, to say the least. It does not affect the stay of the fabulous room at all. The attic restaurant, from where you have a spectacular panoramic view of the island, is a very slow service, be patient.

That the rooms had an armchair and the WC in a separate space, the truth is the best I have seen in all my years of travel

the hotel is a great hotel next to the beach with excellent views, the suite rooms are spacious, the pool is cool and the beds are comfortable and it has a lot of technology
To be 5*, you have to take care of some details such as the orange juice for breakfast, having more sunbeds and improving cleanliness

Fantastic hotel in Lanzarote
the location of the hotel and the room, well furnished e full of comfort. home automation that assists the whole hotel. The pool and spa are top notch.
room service not up to par, ordered dinner in room, they brought us the food in boxes and not on the plate.

Hotel with a beautiful sunset
The half board the food was very good and the location
CHECK IN was 45 minutes from 5pm to 5.45pm until the three people at the front desk agreed on which room to get!!! Booked deluex suite with sea view got junior suite with partial sea view is not exactly customer service and the pool was occupied by 8 children so you could not swim at all because the children kept jumping in.

The incredible breakfast buffet with a wide variety of products and all of quality. The location is perfect, we also liked the SPA a lot and the treatment received. To highlight the good treatment of the hotel employees and their kindness (especially Gilberto, Juan el Gallego and Pedro el Cordoba), attentive at all times. The restaurants both the one by the pool "la buena vida" and the "Blue 17" the food is of quality. We have had a great vacation and we have been very comfortable in the hotel. It's so nice to travel!
Everything seemed great to me but if I have to say something it would be the elevators that were very slow. The pillows might also be a little soft for my taste, but in general the room was spacious with views of the sea and I rested well.

Fantastic views with spectacular restaurants.
Room on the 15th floor, very comfortable and spacious, with a huge bed. The breakfast varied and of good quality. The best were the restaurants. We had dinner at the Alarz Bahía Club Restaurant and I thought it was spectacular, a great job of presentation and preparation of each dish. Despite not having a Michelin star, it is very close to it. The Blue 17 restaurant on the 16th floor of the hotel seemed like a magnificent gastro bar with spectacular views of Arrecife, one of the best in its category.
The bathroom in the room was outdated for the category of the hotel, a shame to have such a great room and the bathroom so outdated. It was the only drawback I found.
