Good flat
The inventory, all kitchen utensils were present, nice terrace and swimming pool. Within walking distance, few minutes from the supermarket, restaurants and shops. Bus stops in front of the door. Furthermore, the contact was via WhatsApp, which was very convenient
Didn't sleep very well in the bed.

Good accommodation
The person who greeted us on site was really very nice, and available via Whatsapp if we needed anything! Everything you need is on site (bath and beach towels, hygiene products, stoves, etc.). We even got a free bottle of wine! The quality to price ratio is excellent ! The residence is well located, the swimming pool is large and there are deckchairs available
Unfortunately we had cockroaches during our stay. The person on site reacted very quickly by bringing in a professional, but it had the opposite effect and the cockroaches were very numerous... It's not their fault because we had seen other cockroaches in the spaces common areas of the residence... The sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but there is an effort with the small mattress on it, so it is suitable for a week's stay

the truth is that the stay was great, both from the owner and the establishment, we had everything we needed
the location of the place is very good, both to see the places and to move around by car, taxi or bus, and the apartment is very cozy

A week of relaxation in the Costa del Silencio!
The house is very beautiful, clean and very quiet. Also very close to Montaña Amarilla, a good place for snorkeling or diving. Pino was very accommodating during check in.
The sofa bed had a mattress that was longer than the sofa itself and was a bit uncomfortable, for a short stay this is not a problem but sleeping on this bed for more than a week can cause back pain.

everything is perfect, comfortable and excellent value for money.
simple, comfortable, clean and Pino's attention was excellent.
The area is very quiet and you need a car to get to all the beaches and entertainment areas.

A very pleasant stay.
very quiet residence. Make parking easier. Nice studio with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Pino key delivery, very friendly. The possibility of returning the keys a little later than the scheduled time.
Bed linen needs to be improved. No coffee maker.

very nice stay in the south of Tenerife
excellent location in the south of Tenerife. Availability of parking on site. Easy handover of keys, equipped with everything you need, extremely comfortable bed despite the sofa bed, rising sun right on the balcony, balcony with awning, supermarket only 30 meters away, very practical! - we were very comfortable.

Beautiful modern studio with swimming pool
Beautiful modern apartment in a residential area. There are beach towels, snorkeling masks, jacuzzi, after sun, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, etc... much more than you would expect, but very useful stuff. The apartment even has a washing machine, iron, kettle, toaster. There is absolutely everything here and we could stay for a few weeks... Add also a very nice and helpful host Pino. We can't wait to return!!
The first shower I had some difficulty with the duration of the hot water. By opening a little less, we were able to extend the duration without ending up with a cold shower.

Very relaxing
It was very quiet and comfortable. Well located, bus stop right in front, restaurants and supermarket next door. I really liked the terrace with a huge door to the courtyard, my little living room outside is well protected by a canopy. The sofa bed is comfortable. Everything was well maintained and clean.
TV! All messages are in Spanish but hey wifi works really well

Exceptional
Very well received by Angela. Studio according to photos. Very clean, ideally located hotel, close to many restaurants, in a small very nice area. Angela and Pino were very kind to leave on the last day, thank you both.

The perfect week on the Costa del Silencio
The apartment was very well looked after and the stay was very comfortable. They had everything: bathroom hygiene items (gel, shampoo, cotton swabs ...), as well as recreational items if we went to the beach (sunscreen, sun oil, diving goggles, shovels ...), crockery, towels, cooking basics (oil, salt, coffee ...), they even greeted us with a welcome bottle of wine! The location helped as well as they have a SuperDino 2 minutes walk away to shop which was open late almost every day; Alternatively, you can walk to places like the Yellow Mountain in 10 minutes to see the entire southern coast of Tenerife. I would go back without a doubt :)
