I understand that the season is in a row and you stay in a row. It would be good to take a little more care of the state of the paint. The first impression is important. I hosted corporate clients. But...I visited the flat two days before and they solved it right away. Thanks David!! Improve hygiene The bathroom is ok.

Beautiful place, but the apartment is outdated.
Beautiful view from the large balcony overlooking the sea. Walking distance to the center and good restaurants in the area.
Interior and beds are old and need to be replaced. There was little cutlery in the kitchen (no paring knives, only 2 bread knives, no good corkscrew). We were 5 people and we had 7 towels. Doors, windows and blinds closed very poorly and were in poor condition. No air conditioning, only fans.

Unbeatable views and the apartment is very spacious. We will definitely repeat!
There are little things to fix... the light switch in the dining room isn't working. But everything else is great

Rest, relaxation, comfort, luxury, freedom and comfort in one
The apartment is located in a monumental building and is fully equipped with everything you need. In addition, the apartment is very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. One of the highlights is the incredible view of the harbor and sea from the spacious balcony, especially during sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is very complete for cooking. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with ample space to store clothes. In addition, parking is 5 minutes walk, which is very convenient! We highly recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beach, excellent seafood restaurants in the port and the picturesque atmosphere of Arenys de Mar. Finally, the train station is a 10 minute walk and takes you to the center of Barcelona in less than 1 hour. Overall, we felt at home and look forward to returning here.

that it was not possible to do a late check out or pay, they made us pay another day and there are no trash cans nearby as their deposit hours are very closed.

Spectacular view spacious but slightly dated apartment without air conditioning (suite?).
View, space and location.
The site has not yet announced air conditioning ... Cleanliness do not look in detail ... Parking is compulsory at 15 € / day. There were no cutlery.

Nothing has been invested in the apartment for a long time. With a little money, you can come back to life again. There is a big difference between photographs and reality.

Exceptional
Close to two beaches, very spacious, everything was very clean and there was everything, many accessories needed for daily life. It's a shame that we only had a few days, but we signed him up for the possibility of returning next year. Charmed.

Little used
The keys were taken from me by a relative from the apartment. We were little because we got sick and that night we went to the hospital. On Saturday my daughter got married and we were away all day. We only slept a little. The apartment looked very spacious, but not very neat, old furniture. The mattress on the large bed has weakened springs, but since we were tired of two days without sleep, we did not even notice it. The views are very nice and the terrace is beautiful, but we didn't use them.

Pleasant
The location of the apartment is amazing, there is no one near the beach. Nice view of the port. Huge balcony. There is an umbrella, a lot of space. You can play with children in the apartment.
We were there for two days. The owner / manager of the property did not show up, checked in by phone, the same parking lot. A clear communication problem. Apartment of "natural obsolescence". No hair dryer ((

Great view of the harbor
Apartment with a magnificent view of the sea and the port, a very large balcony. Calmness. Free parking nearby during the week. City center and restaurants within walking distance.
Overall not clean. Old fashioned decor and bedding. One of the 3 bedrooms is tiny and has no windows. Arenis de Mar is a little sad out of season.

Especially the views from the apartment. We had no problem getting into the apartment which is very quiet. It is very spacious and has everything you need in an apartment.

Pleasant
Lovely terrace and marina view. The apartment is very warm with the radiators on. The house is in a quiet location. Clean lobby and generally all common areas. The presence of nearby parking (paid).
The apartment has not been renovated for a long time. There are a lot of disadvantages (doors, washing machine, shower) associated with normal aging.
