Terrace beautiful Comfortable home for a family

Exceptional location apart from the massive influx of tourists from Port d'Alcudia. 100 meters from the sea in a very quiet area. A playground is also located two hundred meters from the house. The old town is about 2 km away. The house is very comfortable with 3 bathrooms and a sunny garden. There are only 2-3 children's games missing. otherwise perfect! Thanks !!

Very pleasant area in which the villa is located. Wide streets, beautiful houses, very clean. It can be seen that the area is not cheap. Near a wild beach, 5 minutes walk. The sea is clean, but the land is covered with a thick layer of sawdust, which in the rain becomes "liquid" and smells a little. But to run to swim is quite bearable. The villa itself is comfortable, cozy, everything is there for life. The owners are very nice people. The basement has beach umbrellas and children's sand toys. Unfortunately, we found it all in the second week and bought everything of our own, but we could save a little :). The coolest beach for children, Palaya de Muro, is 20 minutes away by car. The center of Alcudia is 10 minutes away. Parking is available on the street at the very gate of the villa. They write that there is no parking, because you cannot drive into the courtyard outside the gate and park there. And the fact that there is a lot of space for a car on the street next to the house is not considered parking for them :). It is allowed to park the car there, free of charge.

great house, highly recommend .. The owners were very friendly. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need to have a good time.
