Nothing, it's a place you should never go.
zero reception, no amenities, it's dirty, and unsanitary, the owners have no respect for customers.
Any
The walls were full of humidity, the whole house was dirty, we ran out of there and the man didn't even show up
Hunter the Host was exceptionally responsive, understandable and friendly upon arrival. He made me feel very comfortable with the stay and I have not the slightest complaint. 100% recommendable.
I got a little lost through the streets with the motorcycle and, for going the wrong way 5 meters, the Local Police fined me. That mistake of mine aside, the stay was great.
The house is great. The attention of the owner and Hunter of 10, provided us with everything we needed and were very nice. A highly recommended accommodation if you want to relax in a beautiful place. Also I have to give them a 20 for being dog friendly, zyra also enjoyed a lot
The staff was very open and warm and welcomed and looked after me like another family member. Alcalá has more to offer than originally thought and one should not miss to explore this area and not just confine oneself to Seville. There are several options for breakfast or other meals directly behind the house. It takes half an hour by car to get to downtown Seville and in general Alcalá is a good starting point for exploring other cities in Andalusia. Tip: plan more time, even my 2 weeks were almost too short. Or just come back ;-) WLAN is fast so I could work on the laptop without any problems. The shared bathroom and kitchen works well in the division, the bed mattress is comfortable and there is ample storage space for clothes. The house itself has its own charm, including a fountain and many plants in the inner courtyard.
At some times it is a bit difficult to find a parking space, but with patience it was always possible. Sometimes a few details are missing, such as toilet paper or gas for cooking, but this was taken care of immediately after notification. The room facing the street has a fairly high level of noise from the street, but it's fine for early risers. Staying with dogs is charged extra per night and also requires a deposit, but I got the latter back on departure without any problems. Smoking is allowed in the common areas/patio, although these are not closed rooms, you can sometimes smell it when you come in.
Without the possibility of parking a car near the accommodation, it is necessary to have an agreement with parking in the area.
There is no toilet in the room.
proper bathroom
Dust and dirt everywhere
Good atmosphere
Just the location
The sheets were dirty with holes, the mattress was caked with blood, there was dried gum on the bedside table, moisture was on all the walls from the middle down and a crack from top to bottom in the thick wall, when we entered it smelled like they were closed The room was already ventilated, on the other bedside table lay the white rubber band, the floor and the curtain were all dirty, the blanket smelled bad, for me it was a disastrous experience, as it is about restoration, it should at least have cleaning, I feel cheated and I want to be paid money. I had to sleep over the covers, because I'm disgusted. I have photographs that believed everything I said. Or, if not, I will file a claim where I need to go to get my money back.
The patio for breakfast was very nice, next to it was a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare it.
The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable, and at such a time, sleeping with a blanket and quilt is also not pleasant ...
Friendly atmosphere, beautiful common areas such as the rooftop terrace and patio. attractive building. Very friendly people.
The attention of the staff... even though he doesn't speak Spanish!!! Location and tranquility
The kitchen and bathroom, despite being for room use only, are on a shared terrace with no closure. Only a note on the door that warns it is for room 5 use only, but in fact anyone can get access to it.
Very big old house. The best experience, even if you're scared shitless. you are going to have some fun The guy who received me was very nice, the bathroom was small but quite clean, the water was very warm and the bed was very comfortable with flannel sheets. I would like to repeat
You can expect that in such a large and old house there is a typical smell and humidity-dust. It wasn't the powder he expects in 2022, but you have to be positive. I really enjoyed the stay. Of course, there is a very basic kitchen, but without a sink and water. At least in the room I was in. I assume there were in other rooms.
Cleanliness and tranquility
To go to the bathroom, you need to go through the courtyard.
This is a good place for a good price to spend a few days in Alcala de Guadaira. I needed accommodation to take a couple of exams and the site lived up to my expectations as it had what I needed.
They were under construction and I found out when I arrived. Also, when I rented a room on Booking, the ad stated that it had air conditioning, which was a lie. Don't miss out, but if you advertise that the room has some services that actually don't, you'll look pretty bad. In addition, I warn people who rent these rooms to confirm by calling that the rooms they have rented do have the services they need.
Any
Terrible service, the owner is rude. We got a room with a double bed and a fold out futon and when we arrived they didn't have a futon in any of the rooms. True lousy vacation
Space! We had access to a very large group room because we booked two separate single beds. We could also use the roof terrace, kitchen, refrigerator. The shower was shared but that was not a problem. The city itself (Alcala de Guedairas) is also worth a visit. You can take a nice walk: advice from Antonio.

Rustic style bathroom besides rustic, the noise from the street gives the impression that they are indoors. In my opinion, they could invest in refurbishing the bathrooms.
Perfect location and nice and quiet stay
The place is very picturesque, very spacious hall with its vintage decor, as the name suggests. priest's house
Unfortunately we went when the area was very hot and the room only had fans so it was very hot.
Far from Seville, we left our car at the hotel and took a taxi to Seville, it was worth 45 euros to return to the hotel at night. Next time we will stop in Seville itself. The city is beautiful to come back for more.
I wish the kitchen was cleaner.
The description on Booking.com does not match the accommodation option.
That in avitations there is no air conditioning, a lot of heat.
Lack of grooming: little cleaning, little attention to guests,
La casa del cura is a place worth visiting, great atmosphere, interior design and hospitality of the owners, it is definitely not the place for people looking for boring hotels with light walls and white bathrooms. Staying there allows you to experience the real Spanish atmosphere. I recommend!!
Without breakfast; but there is an opportunity to cook it yourself
No TV but private internet
Situation
Overly old house
Great situation ... phenomenal deal
Door to room
Its authenticity. In both location and design, as well as in all its dependencies, it is a true reflection of the fact that for a long time it was the seat of the priests of the parish, which is located next to Casa del Cura. And its spaciousness, at least 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 equipped kitchens, and once you get into a large hall with table and chairs. Fresh and beautiful Andalusian patio. Also a reading room. Moreover, more than a house, it is a mansion or a mansion. And everything is well equipped.
Don't eat breakfast. It's not well organized. Better to buy things, put them in the refrigerator and take them in the morning along with a coffee maker, microwave, cutlery, crockery, toaster, etc., if any.
Room very cozy and warm
That the bathroom is shared
Bed (comfortable mattress).
It was very cold and it was raining, we had to go outside to go to the bathroom.
Back in the 18th century ..... nice !!!
Responsive both from outside and from other guests. Very spartan sink/basin and shower, outdoors, which was shared with all guests. The courtyard with cafe tables was very cute. Unusually good pressure in the shower!
It is an old house, restored in a guest house, which is included in the Camino de Santiago de Cádiz route. It is equipped with a refrigerator and kitchen.
Maybe the bathroom was shared, although there was no problem, it was a two-room bathroom. Maybe a little more expensive in terms of price / quality ratio.
Terrace, terrace only
Everything is very shabby
The attention that both Antonio and Teresa paid us, and the fact that our entry and exit were somewhat atypical. The calmness and relaxation that is breathed in the house, together with its warmth, make this place something special to spend a few days.
Connection
It's a great idea to stay in a large house with many rooms, multiple bathrooms and kitchens, and where you can enjoy a patio. I understand that there is a lot to reform and that they are coming in little by little, but at least they could work with the decor and clean it up for the little money that yuyu gave. And when prices go down, if you do a little research, you will see that there are 2 star hotels for the same price. I think that you could achieve a lot just with a little effort and creativity.
The attention is very good and the house is very beautiful
Location, design style
Street view room. With the Spanish banter, we believed them in the bedroom!
Reception and service
All good, interesting and typical accommodation
The owner is a nice person
Terrace
I only spent one night, actually several hours, less than one night because I was late and left early. I didn’t like him, in my opinion, quite recently he looked like the grandmother’s house heiress and didn’t change anything and didn’t repair anything.
It was under construction, no heating, shared bathroom and no personal attention. Parking is almost impossible.
This dwelling is more like a restored haystack. For emergency housing, it is passable.
The noise of the doves and the street. No thermal insulation.
location
the structure of the housing itself
The hotel had an albergue part where I stayed. It was a dormitory for 4-5 beds. The bed was clean and nice and gave a good night's sleep. The host couple were laid-back and the place reflected this. Very nice to be received in this way.
This part was under renovation. there was no kitchen. The door to the bathroom was not made correctly and could not be properly closed. There was a stone floor where the bathroom was not clean and it was difficult to get clean feet after the bath.
Only the price. The site is for sleep only. No ventilation, no comfort. Catastrophe
Decoration of another environment. Poor care and neglect
Calmness and silence. Nice old house.
The stay was lovely, we loved it. The manager was welcoming and pleasant to talk to.
The parking lot was regularly polluted by idlers. Drugs were sold even on the street near the house
A country house that is often visited by pilgrims from Saint-Jacques-de-Compostela. The low price forces you to be criticized.
Bar next door
It is recommended to check your reservation !!!!!!! Horrible
Everything
Big room. Manager's treatment. Common spaces
Cleaning of the kitchen, dishes, cutlery, any resident.
Situation
Shared bathroom
The structure, the environment is very low price. You can bring your own food from the supermarket. You have everything at your fingertips.
Too much noise, it is impossible to sleep peacefully. It's very old, so you can hear everything.
The atmosphere and the whole house !!!
Not far from Seville.
The location is very good. In the very center, close to supermarkets and transport
Small abandoned objects
