A beautiful and affordable stay in Seapoint, Cape Town.
We (2 women traveling alone) got an upgrade i.e. accommodation in another building, where we were almost alone in the house. Since our rooms were on the top floor, we felt comfortable and safe despite the well-known situation in South Africa.
There was no supervision during the day, only in the morning during breakfast on the ground floor of the house.

Nice guesthouse BUT unsafe safe!!!
Clean housing. Good location. Good value for money.
We had money stolen from a safe (which was locked) in our hotel room. We reported this to the hotel management and informed the police. The hotel management wanted to look into the matter and apologized for the inconvenience.

Perfect
I was going to check in in the morning, and there seemed to be no vacancy in the original sweet orange, so the staff there contacted the staff of another hotel under their umbrella to pick me up and check in at a hotel called sweet ocean. Who knew that this one was even better than what I booked before, and I feel like I made a profit. In sweet orange, I had originally snatched a special room, but I never thought that they would change me to a room much better than that one. Thank you very much. Everything is perfect at sweet ocean.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory.
There were no parking spaces, one had to park on a public street, usually far from housing, and one had to carry luggage long distances when loading and unloading.

Fantastic view in a quiet but central location
The hotel upgraded us to a 4-star Sweet Ocean View Guesthouse due to a larger group of travellers. Sweet Ocean View, a small but lovely guest house, left nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable there. First of all, the family atmosphere was great, with a delicious joint breakfast you immediately came into contact with other guests/nations. We will definitely be back!
The steep path to the hotel is a little tiring on foot. You will be rewarded with amazing views.

Nice place to stay in Sea Point
Very good accommodation in Sea Point, great location, very friendly staff, nice and spacious rooms, custom furniture.

4 days in Cape Town
We received an upgrade to Selborn Guest House. Guest house with sea view. The guest house has only 3 rooms, 2 of them on the top floor, 1 x cellar.
Unfortunately 2 nightly noises from a pump or a broken pipe but the staff took care of it quickly.
