Beautiful garden / very quiet location / dinner can be taken in a separate building for around €20/p and is highly recommended.

The property is great. The hosts in particular were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A packed lunch was even packed for us because we wanted to arrive before breakfast. We had a great room, a very large bathroom and everything we needed. Really, really recommended.

You won't believe your eyes when you enter the farm. You lose yourself in a spacious, colorful garden and find yourself in a beautiful, well-kept room. Everything is perfectly organized, there is help in planning the excursions; every question is answered exhaustively - and there is even a good restaurant. It doesn't get any better than that.

A very nice guest house that is equipped with everything. First, the hostess is very friendly (and personable). The rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. There are a lot of staff and they really do everything for you, they even washed the car. Very sweet! Breakfast is delicious, as is dinner at The Eatery. Top quality!

The property is great, the garden is in great condition and you can linger well there. The style is very English and authentic, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The restaurant is excellent.

We had a beautiful, spacious room. It was also very clean. The guest house was beautiful, you could walk around the citrus farm. You can also relax on the sun loungers and have a drink at the restaurant. We also had a good dinner there in the evening. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel, nice authentic rooms, clean and well maintained. Very friendly hosts. Location for Addo NP was good. There was a small playground for children. The restaurant was delicious but had to order at lunchtime for the evening. The breakfast was also very tasty, after 3 days it became a little monotonous.

The owner is very friendly. In addition to receiving very good advice on the walk, we were given the opportunity to check out after 2 hours because my partner was not feeling well. This allowed her to take her medication and recover for the trip we did that day. We really appreciate it

Very nice big room, friendly welcome and very good breakfast. The bathroom was large and even had a hair dryer. The whole area is very well maintained and has an attractive design.

We as a family (four people) stayed for two nights in a very spacious shared room. The property is a small oasis, absolutely quiet and idyllically located on a small body of water. The complex is in the middle of a plantation and is in very good condition, with many plants, flowers and trees. The breakfast was freshly prepared to our taste. Especially delicious were the "bran buns" and the maid willingly told us the recipe when we asked. Dinner was prepared and served by a friendly young Zimbabwean chef. The food was excellent and we all enjoyed it very much. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Her three dogs guarded the property and were always happy to cuddle.

My second stay in this charming guest house. Very warm welcome and excellent facilities. Very good breakfast, but we regretted the temporary closure of the guesthouse's excellent little restaurant. I will definitely be back.

Gerald's Gift House is a citrus plantation. Very nice owner, the whole area was in very good condition, in the morning our car was freshly washed in front of the door. There was a private restaurant (Eatery) with a small but adequate menu where you could eat well. Everything seemed very professional and familiar at the same time.

The hotel is located on a large citrus plantation. It is surrounded by a large garden with numerous trees, shrubs and flowers, through which a stream flows. The gardeners took care of the garden every day. It was also possible to walk around the plantation. We were greeted very friendly by the owner's daughter and informed of everything. Kindly she already took care of our participation in the safari. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Our car was washed every day without asking, which we were very happy about. Also a very good opportunity to have lunch and dinner on site. Chef Tonio from Zimbabwe is an excellent cook and at the same time takes care of his guests with love! And Gloria takes very good care of the guests during breakfast.

Lovely apartments in a beautiful, well-kept garden. Dinner was one of the best during our 8 week stay in South Africa - highly recommended. Emma, ​​the hostess, is a wonderful person who will help you in word and deed. Very nice room with a modern bathroom. Breakfast in the garden was wonderful and three big dogs kept the guests entertained. You can also take beautiful walks through citrus plantations. Nice clean pool.

Geralds Gift Guest House is located in a beautifully manicured garden/park, a short drive from Addo Elephant Park. CrissCross picked us up at the hotel and it worked great. The property invites you to stroll and relax and you will always discover new plants and birds. Unfortunately, there were no barn owls in the room, as, according to the owner, there were already. :-) Worth noting: you must love dogs, these three dogs are very peaceful, but still I think it's good to know. We also highly recommend the onsite restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner twice. We were as delighted with the room itself as we were with the breakfast. We would like to stay longer and hope to visit again one day. Good luck

Fabulous guest house with unique charm in the Garden of Eden. The small restaurant offers very tasty food and the lovely hostess is the icing on the cake in this paradise. Everywhere you look, an oasis of calm, blooming flowers and beautiful plants. Just great!

The accommodation is in the middle of the Garden of Eden and the room was very large and nicely furnished. You could really relax and there was a nice little restaurant in the same place with really good food. In addition, we received a very warm welcome. The stay was exceptionally good. :)

The garden is a paradise, incredibly beautiful, with flowers, trees and many birds. Mom can eat well in the dining room. The rooms are nice and big with roll-top baths and big showers. The staff is amazingly cordial and warm. On the day of departure, our car had just been washed. Russell was a gift to us, she made our holiday unforgettable. She was always available and at the same time imperceptible to others. We always had the feeling that the garden belongs only to us. Russell also arranged for us to book a safari to the Shotiya reservoir. If you want to see all the animals, you must book there. For us the best stay of our trip so far.

Very good hotel, several buildings scattered widely, rooms are spacious with great decor. You should plan some time for walking around lemon plantations and huge seas of flowers (like a huge orchid bed). The hosts are friendly, funny and very hospitable! They gave us some tips for our day at Addo Elephant Park. Since you can eat outside, mosquito protection is recommended.

What was especially nice and pleasant is that the territory has "its own" restaurant / bar. Managed by Ramon who prepares a 3 course menu (you can see the menu at the guest house). And it is very tasty and recommended if you come after a long trip. Then you won't have to go further into Addo - other than the park, which really isn't worth it. Beautiful house, everything is very clean and tidy. Great breakfast and great welcome.
