The accommodation was in a very nice location, overlooking the sea. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything was very clean and tidy. The sea was very close. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I can only recommend the accommodation.

The location of the property was ideal. Our small apartment has been furnished in a modern style. and everything was super clean. Also, the outdoor areas are in good condition, and it is nice to enjoy the beautiful view from there.

Damian and his wife are wonderful hosts who will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the sea and everything is within walking distance. The sea view is unique and relaxing. The rooms are cleaned every day and are therefore very clean.

Quiet and peaceful place, close to the beach. Convenient location for walking, it is halfway between Piran and Portorosa. Graziea receives Damian and Petra in a very kind and friendly manner. Nice, clean and well equipped apartment, we felt at home. Siguramente, come back.

It was very nicely decorated, very clean. Super nice hosts, very helpful and hospitable! Ideal location in a quiet, beautiful area on a hill with great sea views. Everything is easily accessible on foot. (about 25 minutes to Piran and 20 minutes to Portorož) We want to come again :)

Excellent neighborhood, great accommodation, fantastic hosts. The area can be easily explored on foot or by public transport, whether we spend our time on the beach or sightseeing.

It is in a perfect location, between Portoroz and Piran, the view from every room is fantastic and the entire house is extremely clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and attentive.

The accommodation is in a beautiful, panoramic location, the rooms really look at the sea and the view is beautiful. You can even see the sea while sitting on the bed. The neighborhood is quiet, the garden is tidy, the owner takes a lot of care. The room was comfortable, it was cleaned every day, we went to take a bath, and when we came back the bed was properly made and everything was put in its place. Towels were changed several times. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable to use. The air conditioner is quiet and works well. A special note is that the host treated us to coffee every morning, which we enjoyed on the terrace.

It was beautiful, everything was very clean and tasteful, with great attention to detail. The view is just fantastic. The beach is about 5 minutes away. We were very satisfied and will stay here again. The owner is very nice. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Extremely hardworking host, great view, great location and very clean!

The view from the balcony was fantastic and we were served coffee every morning, unfortunately there was no breakfast due to Corona but we bought it ourselves because the location is great and the nearest small supermarket was only 3 minutes walk. The hosts take care of everything, very clean, covered parking, bike room, location right between Portorož and Piran, quiet apartments. I can only recommend.

The apartment has an excellent location. Right in the center. The towns of Portorož and Piran are within walking distance. The owner is very friendly and gave us great information. There is an ideal parking space on site. Everything is very new and modern. The outdoor area has excellent furniture for relaxing. We will definitely return.

The hosts are very nice...polite and helpful. The location is fantastic because you also have peace and quiet and yet close to the beach. , Supermarket... etc. Absolutely recommended.... I will definitely be back...

Until now we have had different accommodation in Portorož every year. From now on, we will see that we will get an apartment with the Matos family. We were looked after in a very friendly and competent manner and felt very comfortable. The accommodation was well maintained and new furnished. Absolutely recommended!

Clean room with great sea view, very nice hosts, few minutes from the sea, very good location between Piran and Portoroz

We strongly recommend this accommodation to everyone, we had a great time! The hosts are kind and flexible, they help in everything. The accommodation is homely, clean and very nicely furnished, and the view is simply breathtaking. The tiles reminded us of the Portuguese city of Porto :) The Portorož beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the city of Piran is about 20 minutes away, well frequented.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and cleanliness, and especially I would like to praise our hosts because they helped my partner when he was sick to his stomach because of the food and the sun, they loaded us into the car at night and went with us to the emergency room and the pharmacy cities. I note that they didn't really need a car, we had our own, but they wanted us to be there faster and not have to wander. We were very grateful to them for that.

Fantastic view of the sea from our own terrace. Beautifully maintained garden. Dear hosts. Convenient parking. Spacious, well-equipped apartment. Both the center of Piran and Portoroz can be reached with an easy walk.

Very good host. The photos corresponded to reality. Nice view from the room or terrace. You can walk to Piran on foot or take the free bus from the parking lot.

Damizhan and Petra are very good hosts. They will also be happy to give advice on destinations in the area. They cleaned every day and took out the trash (we had a studio with a small kitchen). Good sea view. Room 1 has a lovely walled terrace at the back and a canopy that allows you to have breakfast al fresco under the hot morning sun. We would come again!

Really beautiful accommodation in a wonderful environment with a view of the sea and the possibility of parking. The apartment is excellently equipped and the owners are very nice and attentive people. I highly recommend. We have been with them for the second time.

Great house, beautiful garden

We booked a double room which was exactly as described. The Matos family are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast we booked was plentiful, the coffee was very good. The beds are great for sleeping in. The room was very quiet. , very clean, and the view from the terrace is just a dream. I don’t want to go home anymore. The WLAN is also very good. You can be at the sea in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation. We felt very comfortable and were very happy with our room. Parking is also not a problem, there is a private fenced parking lot

The location is between Portorož and Piran so we could easily get to both places within a half hour walk. We loved the sea view from our studio and the proximity to the sea. Our hosts were very attentive, friendly, helpful and always made sure we felt comfortable. They also gave us tips on places to visit and places to eat. Parking at the house and well-groomed territory. We stayed there for 5 days for the first time and we will be back.

The Matos family are great hosts. We were particularly impressed by the warmth and that all our concerns were taken care of. We have never seen such a clean apartment. The location and view are unique!

Very kind and hospitable host: cocktail on arrival, full explanation of walks, enjoying the sea, etc. Gorgeous new rooms with exceptional sea views, very nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Very nice little terrace. Convenient and closed parking, where we were able to leave the car even after leaving. The accommodation is 5 minutes from the beach and about 25-30 minutes from Piran (a very pleasant walk by the sea, you won't notice how time passes). This is a small villa divided into 6 apartments and also hosted by the owner who is very approachable. The best accommodation of our stay in Slovenia! Do not miss.

Perfect, clean, stylish, panoramic room. Small fridge, TV, good wifi, quiet air conditioning. Cleaning every day. Private parking. Right between Piran and Portoroz. We only went to these 2 cities on foot, parking is paid everywhere. 25 minutes max. The first beach is located within 10 minutes. Breakfast 7 euros/person/day. It's fine, it's enough. Only kp.s payment. Owner is very attentive. Damijan thank you for everything it was perfect. We love to live there.
