I never imagined condominiums that bad

The name of the hotel is “Rayana.” Watch out for fraud

disappointing
The manners of the cleaning staff are excellent and helpful
The furniture is old, unfortunately the TV does not work, the remote control does not work, and most importantly the water heater does not work at all. The bad thing is that when I told the hotel reception there was a very cold reaction, as if this complaint is usual from other guests.
