Pepper and salt shaker, small saucer-type plates are needed
The apartment is comfortable, well maintained and clean. It is well located - within walking distance of a huge children's park, a water park is being built, a large amount of transport, 10-15 minutes and you are at the Kremlin. I think that we have chosen a very good option in relation to the price.
The men from the top floor loudly sort things out between themselves after midnight EVERY NIGHT, there is a suspicion that the local "alcoholic beau monde" is gathering there. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator, there is a smell of sewerage in the front door. Tap water is not only forbidden to drink, but also to cook with it, there is a column in the yard, the cost of one liter is 4.60.

Good place, would come back again.
I liked the size of the apartment and the availability of everything you need. The place is good. Repair is normal. For the money - a great option!
The rugs in the bathroom are old dirty, the linen is hanging on the balcony - the light closes and the kettle should be cleaned of scale. Everything else is great!

Everything is clean, tidy. There is shampoo, shower gel, soap, dishes, tea, coffee, sugar. Comfortable mattresses !!!
All liked it. I would only replace the rugs in the bathroom with newer ones and the curtain in the bedroom with a window with a denser one, otherwise the sun shines brightly in the window in the morning, it is difficult to sleep.

The apartment is cozy and clean. Quiet courtyard. There is everything for a comfortable stay. We came as a family. Ideally for three, it could have accommodated 4 guests, since there are 4 beds. An automatic gas water heater is installed, so there is no problem with hot water. The location is excellent. Trams 12 and 14 literally leave the house. In one direction the Tula Kremlin, in the other - the bus station. Nearby is a modern, beautiful, large park. Magnet in 5 minutes. We would definitely return to this place. Well, Tula is the homeland, it made me happy with the weather.
There are no downsides as such. True, everything is fine. There are a couple of things to note. Didn't find an extra roll of paper or trash bags. It would be nice to add. Washing machine "with character")) note: you need to open / close the door several times, then it will work. Overall, everything was great.

Nice apartment for a stay in Tula.
Purely. Comfortable sleeping places and quality bedding. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Fresh renovation and great location.
Lack of air conditioning. Maybe in Tula it is rarely as hot as during our stay there. But it would be more comfortable with him.

Contact with the object is a quick response, always in touch. Location - to the Kremlin on foot, there are many cafes around. The apartment is fully consistent with the description, it has everything you need. Well ventilated. There is a washing machine and a balcony - you can put things in order after the road. Sleep is comfortable. The water pressure is good (the gas water heater - take your time when adjusting the water, so as not to burn yourself, it does not immediately heat up))).
All liked it. The description indicates that the apartment is without air conditioning. We were at 26 degrees, everything was well ventilated, but in the heat in a small room it will be stuffy, there is no window.

Polite managers, accurate check-in. Purity. Nice linen. Comfortable mattresses. Normal dishes, pans, pots. Fast internet. Modest, but fresh and nice interior, furniture. Gas water heater - there is always hot water. Lots of coat hangers in the wardrobes. Proximity to Central Park. Tram stop in front of the house. Not far from the center (about 2) kilometers, you can walk in a straight line. 5 minutes to Spar shop. Green courtyard.
Parking opposite the Central Park. If at 11 am there is a place and you can leave the car near the house, then by 14:00 (check-in time) it will be very problematic to find a place. The intercom does not work, therefore, for any delivery you need to go down from the 4th floor. Payment either in cash or on-line transfer, although the reservation was made through booking. Bed linen between guests is washed directly in the apartment and hung on the dryer on the balcony. That is, the entire balcony is occupied by a dryer with linen. It is very stuffy with all the windows and balcony open. There is no air conditioner. A bit noisy from transport, since the windows face towards Lenin Avenue until late in the evening, and from early morning motorcycles, cars ... Inconvenient location of outlets. In one bedroom, gadgets will be charged on the floor, and in the second (if you move the chest of drawers away from the wall) and find an outlet, it will still be somewhere in the legs, and not at the head. A creaky bed in the first bedroom with no soundproofing. The bathroom is poorly ventilated. Three people, having taken a shower, will leave dampness for the whole day.

Great apartment, fully consistent with the photos! In fact, this is a two-room apartment in an ordinary Khrushchev building (there is no elevator) with an interesting redevelopment. The owners made 2 tiny rooms, in one - a wardrobe and a double bed, in the other - a single bed and a wardrobe. Also, thanks to the redevelopment, a hall appeared, combined with a kitchen, it has a sofa and a TV, as well as a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave oven, there are quite a few dishes, but we didn't really need anything for 1 night - just forks and cups. But if you go for a longer period and plan cooking, then you need to take into account that there are few pots and pans. The apartment has towels, bed linen, extra pillows and blankets. There was hot water, but it was necessary to drain cold water for a couple of minutes. There were no problems with check-in and check-out, we received the keys without any problems and handed them over without any problems.
Cons: no window in a small room. In general, one night is a normal option, but we stayed in March, but in the summer it will be very stuffy. To solve the problem with the lack of fresh air, we opened the door to the small room and to the balcony. I was also very disturbed by the fact that the double bed is facing the window, and at dawn at 5 am the sun begins to beat in my eyes, it is impossible to sleep for those who are accustomed to the dark. If I furnished this room, I would put the bed differently))

An excellent option for living. Good renovation and cleanliness. Stayed three adults and a child 3 years old. I liked that there is a common area for leisure, combined with a kitchen, namely a sofa and a TV.
All perfectly The location is far from the Kremlin if you travel on your own. But the car is comfortable, the parking is across the road. The center could always find free parking on weekends.

The apartment has everything you need - dishes, knives, a corkscrew, glasses, towels. Nearby there are shops, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies. Likerka loft and central park in 5 minutes walk. Leisurely 20 minutes to the center.
The house is old, there are interruptions in hot water, but in general it did not cause much discomfort

Everything is fine, except for the size of the apartment. In the photo it looks quite large and spacious, but in fact it is a converted Khrushchev ... There were 3 adults and a child, so we were disappointed because of the cramped space. Well, there is no sound insulation from the word at all. Otherwise, everything is fine - the apartment is clean, the necessary equipment is available, there are dishes. As an option for one night, it's not bad, but too expensive in my opinion - for almost the same money you can rent a hotel room with breakfast included. Well, the apartment is non-smoking - not even on the balcony

Overall a good apartment. Convenient location in the city center, next to two grocery stores. Friendly manager. The apartment has everything you need, even a hairdryer (but there is practically no place to turn it on). The apartment is cool, but there is a heater.
Very dirty floor. At first glance, everything is fine. But my and my child's socks were so dirty after several hours in the apartment, as if we were walking down the street without shoes. There are almost no outlets in the apartment. For kitchen appliances only. There is nowhere to plug in a hairdryer or charge your phone. There were wires, old batteries and some other trash in the bedside table under the TV - they had to take all this away from the child.

Cozy courtyard, normal apartment, everything matches the photo. The bedroom is excellent, comfortable sleeping places, the kitchen is adapted, technical.
There is no window in one room, the apartment is on the 4th floor - it will probably be difficult for someone to climb up. For young people will go.

Booked an apartment for one night. We received the keys without problems, in a timely manner, there were no problems with the departure either. The apartment was arranged for everyone, it was clean and comfortable enough, equipped with all the necessary household appliances. You can have breakfast on the balcony in the morning and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Photos on the site are true. There is a park across the road, perfect for walking and outdoor activities. We walked with pleasure. Shops within walking distance.
Were dissatisfied with the dishes in the kitchen and cutlery. Of the two pans, the less bad one was chosen, both lack a non-stick coating, it would be time to replace them.

If you do not cook in the apartment, then everything is perfect. For those who will cook, a lot of minor discomfort.

Fantan and not a faucet, washing dishes turned into a shower. Complete absence of cleaning rags. There is nothing to wipe the table, stove, sink. Had to use toilet paper. There was no vegetable oil and sugar. No extractor hood, cooking odors. The administrator was informed, I hope they will fix it.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator in Khrushchev. All doors to the rooms and to the bathroom are with glass frames. The toilet is leaking. Dirty windows. Uncomfortable pillows. Unpleasant smell of towels and strong smell of rinse aid from bed linen.

Lack of air conditioning, since the sunny side, it was very stuffy, the windows are all on one side, in order to properly ventilate before going to bed, you had to open the door to the stairs. They would have hung at least blinds, the price of the issue is cheap, and the guests would be more comfortable.

If there is a need to stay in Tula, we will come here again.
The hostess is a sympathetic and kind woman. The location is very convenient, everything is close by. Opposite the house is a beautiful park, which is good for a walk before bed. We were a family of four, it was not cramped, everything was convenient. The apartment is not big, clean with competent redevelopment. Wi-Fi works stably. Those who expect that this is a luxury apartment of the premium segment for such an amount, you are not here. Themselves did not make noise and did not hear neighbors at all, very quietly, rested from the Moscow noise background :). By car to Yasnaya Polyana about 18 minutes. Large Spar store on the next street. The car was parked across the street in front of the house. In the evening, hedgehogs walk at the entrance :)
Little things, but this can be attributed to nit-picking: twist the knobs on the kitchen cabinet doors, hang the shelf under the bathroom mirror, replace 2 huge hard pillows :), buy a shoe spoon in the hallway. But this did not prevent us from enjoying the comfort of living.

Unfortunately, there is no way to park a car near the house, such is the layout of the microdistrict. They were set not very far, near Central Park. There was a small problem with the boiler when taking a shower. But the hostess promised to eliminate it.

Quiet, peaceful area for families. Convenient location of the apartment, transport accessibility (tram, trolleybus, minibus, bus). Nearby there is a magnificent park, shops, a playground. The apartment is small, bright and comfortable. Everything is clean, the furniture is new.
Few dishes, namely cups, only three. For my family of 5 people, somehow they weren't enough) The night light in the small bedroom did not turn on. The towels looked very washed out.

Too soft mattress on the bed in the bedroom, terribly uncomfortable hard pillows, synthetic underwear. I had to move to the sofa in the middle of the night. Not very clean: a sofa with small spots, a yellowed mattress topper on the bed, dirty dishes and a mixer in the bathroom.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a five-story building, there are no parking spaces in the courtyard, only on the back side of the house, on the street. The heavy suitcase made it difficult to walk up the stairs. The bed is small in length and very soft, the doors to the bedrooms are with transparent inserts

Clean, the apartment is after cosmetic repairs, although the house itself is a very old 5-storey building with a gas water heater (automatic, thank God :))
There were no glasses from the dishes and only one medium-sized knife. There was not enough shelf under the bathroom mirror. There is almost no parking in the yard. We left the car in a 5 minute walk near the Spar store.

One towel per person - well, it’s not modern anymore. Liquid soap is too diluted, well, overdone ((( The dishes are ALL dirty, there is no dishwasher. Knife 1 and tiny.

Very good accommodation for families with children. There are certain difficulties with parking a car. There is a tram line in front of the house, which is convenient. The street itself is quiet, and the windows of the apartments overlook the courtyard.
There was a slight problem with parking. Free parking in front of the Museum of Fine Arts and Central Park is nearby, but it is difficult to find a free space there during the day, although the parking is practically empty at night. This should be taken into account by those arriving on their own transport. Parking in the yard is not possible.

If we have a chance to visit Tula again, we will certainly stop here.
Cozy area opposite the city park. The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard, so there is absolutely no noise from the road. The apartment is in good repair. The furniture is almost all new. The dishes were hardly used, but everything was in abundance for breakfast and dinner for 4 persons. The microwave oven helped out for warming up food. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board. But they were not used. The bathroom has everything you need, including shampoos, soap, etc. There is a hairdryer. A five minute walk to a SPAR supermarket. There, on the third floor, there is a good cafe-dining room. The Kremlin can be reached on foot (25 minutes) or by minibus # 62. Convenient check-in at the time we need. The friendly hostess told and showed everything in detail. Advised about shopping and leisure.
There are not many disadvantages, but they are. First, there is a big problem with parking in the yard. All free places are neatly fenced with "local" cables. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and there were no places even in the parking lot near the park. I had to park, as the locals do, on the lawn. Realizing that for this you can get a fine, evacuation or just a cut wheel from activists. Secondly, the drinking water from the tap is chlorinated. So, what you need to take with you in advance or buy. There is also a booth in the courtyard where bottled clean water is sold. A five-liter bottle costs 23 rubles. The booth is open from 8.00 to 20.00. Thirdly, the bed in the storage room was broken, apparently by the previous occupants. At first this was not noticed upon arrival, but the first night the child was uncomfortable to sleep. Everything creaked and staggered. On the second night, they simply laid a mattress on the floor, since the place allowed.

Met and accommodated well! Excellent renovation, apparently quite fresh. Photos completely coincide with what they saw. Good location. Park walk from the apartment 5 minutes. The Kremlin and the center by minibus several stops. To the stop of minibuses on foot 7 minutes. There is also a Spar supermarket. There is also a famous loft liqueur nearby. By chance, in the center, we found a restaurant "Cost price", Soyuznaya str., 1 Unrealistically tasty with prices corresponding to the name
There are two pans and both are old and dirty. Two small knives almost do not cut which. The rest of the dishes were enough for 3 people. Cups, plates, glasses are normal. And what just clouded the stay. Smell☝🏻 We didn’t understand why. Apparently some kind of chemistry (maybe someone was poisoned). It was impossible to sleep in a room without a window at all. Linen and pillows and blankets, everything smelled strong When they checked in, all the windows and the balcony were open, apparently they were trying to ventilate everything. And in the same room it is very dirty under the mattress and the bed. And the blankets are dirty. The linen is the cheapest, completely synthetic. Who cares, it is better to take your own. Large towels for the number of people arriving. There are no towels in the bathtub at all. We asked for a small one for the face, we were told: not allowed, use those that are for everyone🤷🏼♀️

Quite spacious, clean renovated apartment, which is a pleasure to be in. In the kitchen we found all the necessary utensils to prepare breakfast. Stayed one night en route to the sea.
The bed linen was synthetic, for a long time I could not sleep for a long time. There is no parking near the house. There was nowhere to park the car

Good location, near the central park. Belousov, a fashionable place Likerka loft, shops, cafes and transport stops. Quiet courtyard, quiet neighbors, comfortable sleeping. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. If you live for a long time and plan to cook, you may need additional utensils. The owner of the apartment is very responsive, she solved all the issues (with the Internet and door handles) that arose at the entrance. In general, a very comfortable accommodation option for a family.

Friendly host. Clean and bright apartment. Spacious. Sleeps 3! All equipment is working. There are cutlery. Shops nearby. A huge advantage is the location of the park nearby. Shower gels, shampoos, everything you need is there.
Dishes. Namely, it was not very pleasant to drink tea from a circle with defects. Mugs are inexpensive, let's be honest. Uncomfortable pillows. One set of bed linen was synthetic, which is also not very pleasant. It will not be possible to get used to the water heater and the sound of its turning on right away. Lack of parking spaces (under the window there was some kind of parking for VIPs, apparently, since the entrance was blocked by a cable).

Clean, comfortable, there is everything you need to stay.
Personally, we would like the mattress to be more firm, although this is not for everybody. There is no parking in the yard, but it is quite possible to park your car along the street.

We phoned in advance and agreed on an approximate time of arrival. An hour before the actual arrival, they called and informed about their arrival. A friendly woman met on the spot and showed the apartment what it was and how to use it. Everything you need is available - dishes and a sponge / detergents in the kitchen, gel / shampoo / paper in the bathroom. The location is great. We parked the car and went for a walk - the whole center is at our disposal! There were no problems with leaving the apartment either.
