The apartment is pretty cold. There was no hot water, only lukewarm.

High humidity in the apartment, the smell of sewerage and dampness, although it was cool outside, I had to periodically open the windows and ventilate. And there are a lot of mosquitoes from the basement in the apartment, the manager provided plates for the fumigator, but they did not help, I had to exterminate the mosquitoes manually

Two fat minuses that did not allow to spend the night comfortably: - the smell of dampness and sewerage, because of which I had to sleep with the window open. Otherwise there was nothing to breathe - hordes of mosquitoes in September. Probably caused by dampness in the apartment. Unfortunately, the administrator was unable to offer a solution to the problem. Therefore, at first they killed mosquitoes for an hour, then they tried to fall asleep under their persistent buzzing

The only cons: - a bumpy bed with a very tired mattress and uncomfortable bedding (pillows, blankets, bed linen); - the air conditioner did not cool at all (apparently, it has not been cleaned or refueled for a very long time). Otherwise, everything is fine.

On the "main" wall in the hall, where there is a window, there is a large ... hole - a consequence of the heating pipes changed by the owners of the apartment (not those who rent it out) ... The entrance is ushatanny, the apartment, in principle, too. Not a new bedspread on the bed, bed linen too, the bed has already seen the views, the table in the kitchen is squeaky, no dishes for cooking - everything burns. Arrived - it is clear that the apartment has been airing for a long time. They guessed a little later: someone before us smoked in the apartment, although this is prohibited by the conditions of the settlement in it. The "hostess" Elena and her two assistants do not "follow" the residents. On the one hand, this is good (there is no excessive control), but on the other hand, it is a bad extreme, turning into the fact that on the first evening of our stay we could not get through to anyone. At the same time, after a walk, my family almost stayed on the street: the courtyard was fenced, along the entire perimeter of the gate with antediluvian combination locks. The one from which we were told the code is sticking. But we didn't know that. Fortunately, a neighbor who came home late helped. On the third day we got through (no one called us back) - they wanted to extend it and extended it for a day. It was possible to move to a hotel, but it was more expensive and because of one day I did not want to shoot. By the way, next to the house there is a huge old cemetery - very quiet neighbors. We asked the owner Elena before leaving if the negative comments were true. She asked not to worry. Sloppy. Not good.

The bedspread was all stained, the bed linen also looked dubious, there was a feeling that after previous clients no one had washed it and, moreover, had not ironed it! It was very cold in the apartment, the heater did not save, the floors were icy. Were with children! The parking lot has the same name, it’s just a house fenced in, you’ll have time to find a place, you’ll get up. No, put it on the road. And this was one of the important criteria.

COMARA !!!!!!! They are everywhere, starting from the entrance. They are just clouds. The apartment must be equipped with fumigators. Upon arrival, I had to look for him in the shops .... In the evening I had to run around the apartment and kill these bloodsuckers, tk. the fumigator does not take effect immediately.

In general, everything is good, but the manager checked us in 2 hours later, which was unpleasant. It was not clear whether the bathroom was washed or not. And the soap is the cheapest, which I didn't really like. The entrance smelled strongly of sewage and a swarm of mosquitoes that fly into the apartment when you open the door.

I parked the car so that they wouldn't be fooled. Despite the hot summer, the apartment was cold for some reason. The house is old. Gas. It's time to change the sofa and bed. Everything in the photo is much better than in reality.

The sofa is very hard with torn upholstery inside. The wall behind the curtains is broken and pipes stick out. The bathtub is pasted over with a corner, which in places leaves, the screen from under the bathtub fell out. With the lights off in the bathroom, some insects crawl out onto the floor - you had to keep the lights on.

I could not immediately get through on arrival and get the keys to check in right away. In the evening (from the road) this is important. I called in advance, in the end I wrote, indicating the approximate time of arrival. Fortunately, this did not create big problems, the children had not yet fallen asleep. The apartment is shabby

A lot of things need to be improved: buy new towels and wash and dry them well (they smell of dampness and impurity). Replace bed linen if financially possible: it is bright, but unpleasant to the touch. Synthetic apparently. Pillows need new ones: in these synthetic winterizer pieces. Repair the leg by the bed (falls). The mattress is also not ah .. the springs are felt. Sharpen knives (very blunt). Replace the cutting board (it’s unpleasant to take it in your hands, not to use it). In the bathroom, repair the screen under the bath. Replace carpet. Or dry it somehow. The bathroom is very damp. perhaps the ventilation is not working. I met living creatures that love dampness ... I'm not a bore. These are not very costly changes. Of course it needs renovation. But this is another article and the price of apartments will be different. My recommendations are within the price we paid. We checked out early, couldn't even stay a second night. It was so unpleasant to be in the apartment because of all of the above.
