Perfect
Anna, a wonderful hostess. Met and handed over the keys quickly. The apartment is great. View of the Volga. The mattress was gorgeous))) very hard, which is great for the back. There are many shops nearby. The Volga is close. Next time only here.

Landlord lacks trust in tenants
Good location, Cleanliness, comfort and convenience
Inadequate attitude when settling in, the landlord begins psychological pressure on the upcoming tenants, too unnecessary worries about the apartment, warnings that a police officer lives outside the walls and expressing suspicions about arranging parties (although it was indicated and agreed that there will be 2 people), dubious indications of a small age (if settlement at the age of 26!) and the fact that the local registration, if these characteristics are in doubt, then why does the landlord not clarify this by phone or chat? If you do not want to face the negative at the very beginning of your stay, then I do not recommend this landlord at all.

1. It was very clean. 2. Modern renovation, good quality. 3. A functioning jacuzzi. 4. There are all the necessary equipment: air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, kettle, stove.
1. Very uncomfortable pillows. Sleeping was cruel. 2. The fan in the toilet makes a lot of noise, which cannot be turned on separately from the light. 3. The painting and figurines are quite specific. As in a bath.

Everything is clear, clean, timely. Stayed one night. At +30 on the street, the air conditioner helped out a lot. The jacuzzi is great, super rested.

Gorgeous view, perfect cleanliness, comfort.
Great view of the Volga! Very clean, comfortable, everything is at hand. Near shops, the promenade is 10 minutes walk.
Windows on the road, noise is heard, but there is either a view and noise, or windows to the courtyard. The road is not particularly loaded, at night no one drives at all so it is not critical.

View of the Volga from the window. The embankment is within walking distance. The apartment is warm. Hard and very comfortable mattress. Nearby there are shops 5 and Perekrestok. Household issues that arose during the stay were promptly resolved by the hostess!
Since there is a road nearby, it may not be a lot noisy when the windows are open.

I liked the apartment very much. Clean and comfortable
Very polite and kind hostess. Met me in a car right at the bus stop. The apartment is very clean. The view from the window is gorgeous. There is wi-fi and TV with a plate. it so happened that I needed to leave earlier than we agreed. The hostess reacted with understanding and despite the early morning, arrived and took the apartment.

The view from the balcony and from the window is amazing! The apartment is on the 7th floor, very clean, comfortable, bright, spacious, new and quiet. There is noise from the street (because there is a highway nearby), but it is not annoying, and when the windows are closed, it is not audible at all. A pleasant nuance - warm floors in the toilet room. All technique works well. Comfortable bed, new, high quality linens and towels. You can buy water for drinking and cooking in the device next to the "five" 4 liter or in the store itself 3 liters :) You can park your car in the yard. We were on a motorcycle, so we put in a paid parking lot 300 meters from the house. WiFi flies.
It's strange that the double bed has a 1.5 sleeping blanket. In general, it was enough for two, but "with a stretch."

Great apartment in the "new city"
Clean apartment in a new city. Near shops, cafes. The view from the window is a bomb. Very comfortable bed.
Very slippery bath. The list of products in the refrigerator was noticed after check-in, the set was at odds with the actual availability. But there were no problems.

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Near the house there is a grocery store who needs to rent a car - a rental company is a five minute walk away. The car park is right in front of the house. In the evening you can walk to the Volga embankment, which is also very close, just cross the road. If we come again, we will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, clean, comfortable, warm! The kitchen has everything you need and even more, there is even a mini-bar for a fee, very convenient if you suddenly need something. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and shower gel. Very comfortable bed, it was comfortable to sleep. Will gladly stay again!
