Exceptional
The location is wonderful, next to the pedestrian street, the Magnit store. It is relatively close to the sea for a walk
for March, the apartment was very cold, the batteries were not heated (

Very good
Near shops, there is where to walk.
There is no normal clothes dryer, you have to hang it out of the window, where everything is fouled by birds. Bad smell in the room is small, but we didn't use it.

Perfect
Nice, clean, comfortable apartment. For my money, it seemed to me that a very good option for a short time. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the pier at a leisurely pace, around a bunch of places to have a snack or sit in the evening.
In the evenings, it can be noisy around, but given the location, I think that everywhere, plus or minus will be the same. It would be absolutely great if there was also a washing machine; in the heat, there is often a desire to wash things.

Good
The apartment is good, the hostess is attentive, checked in earlier and moved out later, everything is clean, there is everything you need, I liked that this is the city center, attended concerts and events, thank you Sochi, we fell in love with you !!!
Walk to the Riviera beach 15 minutes, and even further to the Lighthouse
