Exceptional
Very large room. There is a kettle, a refrigerator, two bottles of water in the room, a microwave oven, a cooler on the floor. There is a large parking lot near the hotel. Friendly receptionist. The bathroom is shared, very clean. There are all the necessary hygiene products.

We stopped by late at night. We were greeted warmly. They showed everything, told. We spent the night successfully and comfortably.

At 34 in the heat, there is no water in the hotel ..... NO, there is no excuse like there is no excuse in the whole city ... there was no water for two days out of the three that we lived, people swore and left (especially with children) ...

Stop on the highway Moscow-Tambov or Moscow-Saratov (very convenient)
Very convenient place for car travelers. You leave the highway and after 10 minutes you are at the hotel. The beds are comfortable, the staff is good, there is a huge parking in front of the hotel, next to the hotel there is a secluded mini parking for 2-3 cars. The rooms are spacious, above the door inside the room there is a toilet occupancy indicator (it is shared), like in an airplane or train. There is everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay - a kettle, bottled water, bathrobes, slippers. Chic) Grocery stores on the ground floor.
The hotel is on the 3rd floor, there is no lift. A very bad road leads to the hotel, but this is the fault of the town of Skopin itself. There is only one toilet, but there are 6 rooms, so there are no problems. The toilet is clean and comfortable.

European level hostel/mini-hotel
An excellent small hotel-hostel with a European level of service, absolutely amazing for such a small provincial town as Skopin. The room is very modern, comfortable and spacious, it has tea, coffee and water. The hostess at the reception was a little confused by the anti-COVID measures, but, apparently, now it cannot be done differently. Shared shower and toilet - perfectly clean, superbly equipped, shower also with Jacuzzi. The room has a very handy toilet/shower occupancy indicator.
The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, accessed via an external ("street") staircase. Translucent doors to the room let in some light from the hallway. Shared shower and toilet are non-alternative (there are no rooms with their own toilet). The location relative to the city center is not very convenient, although of course it's okay to bike. But around the hotel, in the middle of the night, I would definitely not just walk like that - the place there is dumb and depressing. Yes, it was not easy to find a hotel, but the reception helped us a lot with this. If anything, the hotel is in the same building as Mario Pizza, you need to climb the external stairs to the right of the building.

Perfectly clean everywhere. The bathroom was quickly cleaned after each visit Slippers, bathrobes, towels for everyone. Very friendly staff. A tea set. Cooler, microwave. Quiet. Shops and pizza nearby.

Good hotel for a local city
Very clean, friendly staff, good room amenities.
The toilet is not in the room. This is the only big downside. Bad soundproofing.

Exceptional
Spacious room, comfortable beds, clean. The rooms have a TV, refrigerator, kettle, tea and coffee. The toilet and shower are on the floor, but the rooms have lights, they light green / red if the toilet is free / busy. Very comfortably. Friendly staff, offer a bathrobe and slippers. The room is quiet. Stayed on the way for the night, slept well!

Convenient, comfortable, clean
A modern small hotel, convenient location, friendly staff, beautiful interior. Very clean! Single room with good repair, comfortable bed, refrigerator, TV. The hotel has 5 rooms and therefore there are no problems with the sanitary room located on the floor. Thank you, there is a desire to come back here.
