Very dirty.
The location is excellent, if everything is renovated, there will be excellent accommodation for tourists.
At the moment, the building facades are being overhauled. All windows are sealed with foil. The apartment is dirty. The apartment itself needs repairs, furniture replacement. Not to mention the general frill. Replacement of mattresses and pillows is required - it smells of sweat.

The location of the apartment is excellent. There is a minimum required
It was in December and it was very cold. It is not even possible to go to the shower because of the cold in the apartment.

Disappointing
The sofa is broken. Lack of bed linen. The bathroom no mixer is rusty, the cabin is tiny, the tiles on the floor are broken, the entrance is dead. Weifai no. Keys in one copy. Smell of sewage and smoking.

Walking in the center is just the thing!
Location, price, honest owner.
There was no toilet paper, dirt in the shower.
