Griboedova 9
The location is just wonderful. Nearby, Palace, Russian Museum, Kazan Cathedral, etc.
Plumbing in the kitchen is broken. The sink gets clogged after every flush.

In the hot summer, check the air conditioning and insect screen facilities.
The location was great.
There was no air conditioning, and there were no insect screens, so I wouldn't recommend it when the weather is hot. I asked for the repair of the insect screen, and I was told that I would take action, but no action was taken.

A good place
Great location, nice apartment. Beautiful front door, but no lift. If you are traveling with children, keep this in mind. Quiet place, even at night. There is a mini market nearby.
There are not enough thick curtains or blinds - the side is sunny and it wakes you up in the morning. Uncomfortable mattresses.

Perfect place!
Ideal location, city center, opposite the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. Metro in 3 min walk, the main attractions are also within walking distance. The apartment is clean and comfortable, but in the photos it looks more spacious. Two beds, sofa, kitchen, wardrobe. The apartment has everything you need. The windows overlook the courtyard, but this is only a plus, there is no noise, it is quiet. Very satisfied with the stay 👍

The location is very good, this is a special historical place, in addition, there are so many interesting places for exploring the city, many cafes and shops nearby. the apartment is very comfortable, quite spacious, everything corresponds to the description.
