Exceptional
Wonderful apartment in an excellent area of St. Petersburg. Elite house, playground in a closed yard. We were very satisfied! We will definitely come back!

I liked everything, the location, the view from the window, the new residential complex. The apartment has everything you need. Protected area. The staff are professionals. Always in touch. They solve any issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!

We were looking for a bright apartment closer to the stadium and were pleasantly surprised by such a find!)

Large apartment, good repair, there is a washing machine with dryer, two bathrooms (one with a bath, the other without). Stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea bags. In general, everything is ok.
The unpleasant smell from the toilet bowl in the larger bathroom really diminished the impression. The security guards at the gate at the entrance to the territory each time turn on the fool and say that "they did not give us your car number, we have no such registered so that we will let you through," and the investigation begins. There is no way to pay by card, only cash or transfer (the amount increases due to commission).

It was wonderful! Amazing view!
Stayed in this apartment for one night. Two stunning bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to the loggia. The second view of the Neva. Spacious kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast: microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes and much more. Two bathrooms. Warm floor in the bathroom. Allowed to leave an hour later. Thanks a lot!
I didn't want to leave.

Very good 4 day stay in St. Petersburg for sightseeing.
Nice modern apartment with two bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with toilet and a separate second toilet. Very calm. Small balcony. Good communication with the center.

Liked. The view from the windows, not of Aurora, of course, and not of historical sites, but you can see either a quiet courtyard, or a piece of the Malaya Neva. Quite quiet as only a small patch of road is visible / audible from the windows. The location itself from the point of view of public transport is not very good, but Yandex-taxi decides everything. I liked the apartment. Light. Dishes-refrigerator-iron-TV-WiFi, etc. are present. Everything is convenient. Minor inconvenience: outlets are poorly located: only one. a socket near the head of one of the beds. The rest are either to the side or covered with furniture. The phone has to be charged at some distance.
If the description / when booking would clearly say: "Parking is possible, but it is very difficult on the territory of the complex, because there is no parking space assigned to the apartment and the number of parking spaces on the territory of the residential complex itself is limited, but you can find a place outside complex, nearby, in neighboring lanes ", I could not point out any shortcomings. And so, we found it out only upon arrival late in the evening, and before that, we were sure that we had reserved a parking space in the protected area.
