Location.
Obtaining keys. Parking in the yard, the yard is closed, the key was not provided. 5th floor, no lift, narrow stairs. The wardrobe and the curbstone were occupied with the owner's belongings. The set of dishes is very limited. Bed, springs are imprinted on the body. Cash collateral.

the fifth floor without an elevator, it was a bit heavy with bags. Deposit in the amount of 2500 rubles. although this is not indicated anywhere. Behind the wall, neighbors listen to music for days, it's generally tough.

Very careless cleaning, sofas require dry cleaning, there was a persistent smoking smell in the apartment.
The owner spoke very rudely on the phone, knowing that the payment was irrevocable ...

Apartment in the very center. Walking distance to shops, etc. Quiet area. Quiet neighbors. Warm apartment. Price.
Photos of the property are not true. They were made immediately after the renovation, now everything is different ... Dishes and kitchen utensils with a dirty coating, but you can also wash them. Lines that are torn off can stumble or cut. The floors are not washed. Bed linen did not know ironing. The toilet paper was apparently left behind by the previous tenants.

Comfortable spot. Centre. True, when we arrived, it turned out that there was no water in the apartment (renovation), but we were quickly provided with other apartments, not far from those that we had ordered at first.
On the first evening, they found that there was no hot water (it was necessary to set up the boiler correctly), this was very upsetting and since it was too late, they did not bother the owner. But in the morning they called and the problem was solved. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, it may be important for someone. For us it was even a plus :) Very beautiful sunset!
