A good option in the center with a limited budget.

Not very clean, under the sofa in the back there is a month of dust and empty bottles from previous guests, and this sofa constantly breaks when unfolding. The room, like the furniture, needs updating. But, in principle, that's why the price is low.

All in all, everything was great.

That's what surprised me in these ideal apartments - the absence of a basic set for guests. I mean tea, coffee, sugar. Paying for a room 3800 per day, I want it to be. All we found in the kitchen was coarse salt for salting, vinegar and sunflower oil🤔 There was also an open bag of coffee, but for cooking on the stove. There were no Turks for him.

It was not clear which house it was (since the entrance to the house is marked as Hotel Volga). In the description, it is better to indicate that this is an apartment from the Volga Hotel.

A small unpleasant touch - the absence of a cork in the bathroom. The maid couldn't solve the problem. I had to plug the drain with a plastic bag. Couldn't get along with the TV. The instructions didn't help. It is possible that Samsung has problems with smart broadcasting, and the on-air channels do not seem to be connected. In general, sort it out when you move in.

Quiet apartment

You have to take out the trash, you have to wash the dishes. There are no slippers in the apartment. Good thing I took mine. There are no hygiene kits. The dishes are washed, but dirty, you have to wash up to yourself.

One of the elevators didn't work for the last 3 days, but that's okay. Also some repairs in the house in the morning. But I was worried :)

PROBLEM: someone entered the apartment without notifying me and agreeing, moved (more precisely, crumpled) a towel in the bathroom (maybe also wiped off?) And left the door open to access the water meters. OWNER ANSWER: (1) This is an apartment hotel. (2) In hotels, maids enter the rooms, this is a normal practice. (3) You also forgot to mention that you were settled at 8 am at no extra charge, although the checkout time was 13:00. (4) Acknowledgments accepted. MY ANSWER (analysis of each sentence with specific facts): (1) As of the date 01/24/2019, it is not indicated anywhere on Booking that this is an apart-HOTEL. Everywhere it is indicated that this is an APARTMENT, not a hotel. The presence of a maid does not automatically turn 4 apartments into a hotel, do not distort. In addition, the maid did NOT clean up the apartment while I was living, but simply for some reason entered the apartment without asking. (2) If we compare with hotels, then the normal practice is when the maid MUST clean up the mess, and not vice versa, as it was in fact. (3) Check-in at 8am is an embellished LIE! I did ask to check in earlier than the standard 13 hours, subject to availability. But I did not insist and did not demand. Before my arrival, the apartment was empty. I said in advance that I would be glad to arrive at 10, and arrived exactly at 10 o'clock (there is a receipt from the taxi). The hosts are trying to make themselves look like a hero by launching the Genius guest early. However, the owners do not finish saying that they did not bother to settle the issue with the security, as a result of which the security did NOT let me in for 15-20 minutes, and it was impossible to get through to the owners, and they did not answer SMS. The entries in the security log and the guards themselves will confirm all my words. This is the real level of the self-proclaimed "Hotel". (4) Here, without comment, the level of service "scoop" is determined by this phrase alone. A host who respects guests - would never write such a thing, especially since my initial rating of the establishment was 9.2

I am lowering the rating for the reason: while I was absent from the apartment during the day, someone entered it without notifying me and agreeing with me, moved the towel in the bathroom (maybe also wiped it off?)
