Nice place to take a walk in the park in your free time.
I took it specially near the park, on foot 10-15 minutes. There are 24 hour shops nearby. The receptionist called immediately after booking and explained how to get there, get the keys and pay / collect the deposit. It was quiet at night. Drinking water from the tap (they say)). At first it seemed that there were not enough towels, but the extra ones were in the closet drawers.
The sofa is purely formal - but this is a trifle.

- price - good TV with smart TV + fast internet - pleasant cuisine - quiet area
- it feels like they smoked - the bathroom is already very ascetic - as they returned in the 90s - weak light - the mattress is not very comfortable, the linen is washed, grayish.

The apartment is clean enough, clean linen - it was nice to be in the apartment. The apartment itself really looks like in the photo, quite cozy. Special thanks to the owners - they went to meet us and settled us ahead of time
There weren't enough shelves in the bathroom - there was nowhere to put all the accessories, although the bathroom itself was spacious)) And there was still no detergent, which is also very inconvenient. Is there a washing machine, but what to wash?

Cozy, clean. All equipment is serviceable and fully functional. Apparently, the house has not yet been fully populated, so there are more than enough parking spaces. The price was good, below the market average for such amenities. There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, a pair of towels, 2 pairs of disposable slippers, 2 disposable shampoos, liquid hand soap.
Not nice to hold the bed together, but after my comment, the owner promised to fix it. In the photo, the area of the apartment seems to be much larger.

Clean and Tidy!
Very comfortable apartment! There is everything you need (soap, shampoo, disposable slippers), all the kitchen utensils! Clean dishes, nice-smelling bed linen. It can be seen that they are looking at the apartment. Thank you Eugene, he waited for me more than an hour, he guided me how to get there. Thank you, again.
