Terrible hotel
I didn’t like anything
In a regular room Very noisy from the road, everything is shabby, cheap and old. There is no soundproofing at all, it is impossible to sleep, you can hear the usual conversations of neighbors. There is a huge gap under the door and you can hear everything that happens in the hotel, including the smells of food from the cafe downstairs. The mattresses are terrible.

As a whole I liked it.
Nice cozy hotel. Located 15 minutes drive from Rosa Khutor. A free bus stop is 200 meters away. The rooms are spacious (we booked a 4-bed). All plumbing worked fine. The only breakfasts are modest on the menu and a bit inconvenient at first ordering at the front desk, then you go to the dining room and there you get the order. It was also such that the name from the menu ended.

For a similar amount, it was hardly possible to find something better.
The room would be very spacious. One of the best deals for the price at the time of booking
The outside of the hotel looks much better than the inside. Poor sound insulation, insufficient heating, plumbing and furniture are very budget. In the dining room I liked only porridge for breakfast
