Good afternoon! The resort is good, but everywhere there are BUT From the pros: - very comfortable and clean room - excellent food - good, large area - evening program. - treatment - pleasant atmosphere
Of the minuses: - a package for 7 nights was purchased, treatment included, this was not taken into account when prescribing treatment and a minimum was prescribed, it was possible to figure it out only 2 days later, after a call to Moscow. Oh, why did it happen? - Really ... - massage 10 minutes costs 650r. Cheaper in Moscow - the pool is closed. They don't warn you, they don't lower the price. - do not respond to messages. I would say uncomfortable questions for them. - all extras are very paid. And dopas are dances of unknown groups, chanson songs, etc., etc.

Nice sanatorium
After visiting the sanatorium, only positive emotions remained. I chose a room on the 10th floor. Beautiful view and silence)) In the dining room I got the Rubin hall, a huge selection, the buffet system. Dishes were constantly replenished. Everything is delicious as in childhood. Thank you girls from the medical unit.
Minor flaws did not affect the overall impression.

Excellent resort for rest and treatment.
The sanatorium is located next to the promenade boulevard and a 10-minute walk from the park. The rooms are small, comfortable, enough wardrobes, bedside tables. We had air conditioning in our room, which helps when it's hot. It's great that washing machines are provided free of charge. The food is varied and tasty. Treatment, medical equipment impressed. There were a lot of people, but the offices worked quickly. The treatment is varied: magnetotherapy, lasers, mud, paraffin, baths, inhalations, own pump room. Fun cultural program in the evenings.
There was no air conditioning in the children's room, the afternoon sun was hot in them. After a couple of days, the fever subsided and it became comfortable. Mattresses separate, move down a little while sleeping. There was a short wait in the dining room. When prescribing procedures, the doctor does not indicate the paid procedure or is included in the cost of the tour, I had to constantly ask again. Departure from the room at 8 am?! at the same time, the aircraft have most flights in the afternoon.

Excellent treatment, a lot of procedures, good attitude of doctors, medical staff, service personnel Nice, beautiful building, we had a superior room. Of course, there was not enough balcony, to sit in the evening, drink tea overlooking the mountains, but I noticed that in Kislovodsk hotels and sanatoriums are mostly without balconies. The food is excellent! It is especially valuable that the dietary meals are as tasty as the usual ones. The pastries are kind of fantastic, I haven't eaten such a muffin for a long time. I have already written about people's non-observance of queues. This is not to the staff, because people react aggressively to staff requests to observe their shift - I will still go when I need to. Well, you can't, dear .. The treatment is excellent! Thanks for the healed ankle. Although there were only 7 procedures, it was much easier, really! I strongly advise women and girls to cryofen - it helps with hair loss. Only 5 sessions and improvement, personally with me. But the procedure is paid, the price is peaceful, something in the region of 200-250 rubles, I don't remember exactly. Even my teenage son liked the treatment. Baths, hippotherapy, speleo chamber. It is a pity, of course, that apart from the gym and billiards, the teenager has especially nothing to do there in the evening, but this is not a hotel with animation, the sanatorium does not position itself here, so there are no complaints here. We solved it by walking in the park! Both the lower and the upper parks were bypassed - a fairy tale in reality, not a park. This is not even a park, but a forest in the mountains, with beautiful paths, monuments, and reservoirs. The Valley of Roses really disappointed me a little, a lot of flower beds are already faded, there was no such rapid flowering. In this case, the title is louder than the performance). I didn't have time to go to the Yaroshenko museum. The mansion house inside the park - pre-revolutionary wealthy people knew how to live, however, even one external glance is enough to understand that the next time you must come here with an excursion, especially since it is free according to the resort book of the sanatorium. Unfortunately, there was not enough time. Summing up: thanks for the vacation, the impressions are very good, I personally remember the vacation positively.
1.Sometimes the lights and water were turned off at night. But by morning everything was back to normal. 2. The territory is small 3. There will be nothing to keep teenagers busy. 4. Already to the vacationers themselves: observe the change of diet, it's not difficult! Why create huge crowds to enter the first shift? There is enough for everyone, the same menu in any shift.

Rest and treatment.
We were provided with a two-room suite, where everything we needed. Quite clean, light and spacious. The room has air conditioning. It feels like the administration is trying to keep the rooms in decent condition. Good bed linen and towels. Excellent medical facilities on site. to be examined and to replenish your body with medical procedures. There is an indoor pool. Very convenient. Received a sufficient number of procedures to be loaded with health improvement for half a day. The maximum that I would like to receive was received. Very friendly staff of the sanatorium. My husband and I celebrated our birthdays at the moment stay in the sanatorium. The administration congratulated us by preparing greeting cards and two cakes. Very nice and thank you very much for your attention and care.
Quite monotonous food. There is always only one porridge on the water: oatmeal. The need of people who are lactose intolerant is not taken into account. You can introduce a wider range of cereals, for example, corn, spelled, etc. assortment, trying to diversify the table of vacationers. There are a lot of pastries, but I don’t eat that. And there are few fruits and they are constantly in short supply.

Breakfast is good. The location is good.
No one asks for a certificate of lack of contact with COVID patients, no one observes the mask regime. The doctor prescribes treatment without even going into the history of the disease. Housekeeping is average. They clean only the visible part of the floor, and no one cares what is happening by the bed, behind the toilet, in the corners. Linen is changed frequently. Towels were changed every day. The food is normal. There is enough of everything, but not enough fruit. Everything is sorted out very quickly. By the way, about measuring the temperature: my husband was 38. Nobody even said anything and their thermometer at the entrance to the cafe did not even react. The pool is very small. There are many people. The water level is up to the chest. All procedures are standard (if included in the tour). For money, they are already offering something more serious. At the reception, the girls are polite and friendly. The area is very small. In general, the service is exactly 3 stars. Simply, huge money for such a vacation.

Documents for tax deduction are available upon request. Cultural program every evening. Within walking distance of Kurortny Boulevard, city park.
Weak internet, which does not allow working remotely. Two single mattresses pushed together do not replace a double bed, and the mattresses were very soft.

Additionally, after booking a room, requested confirmation that there will be one large bed. Received confirmation from the sanatorium, but upon arrival I was told that they did not have such rooms, that is, the reservation department actually deceived. In addition to the bed, the main problem was the regulation of the temperature of the water in the room. This is a nightmare, now boiling water, then ice. That is, the two main processes that you perform in the room (sleeping and taking a shower) can be estimated as a solid unit. It is also not clear why there are no cups and spoons in the room. I would also like to comment on nutrition. It was 21 nights in the sanatorium, after the first week, the food seemed acceptable, but after 12-14 days, I was already sick of endless cutlets under different names, slurry with little meat and absolutely empty tasteless soups. I understand, of course, that food is dietary, but at least once in three weeks I want to eat a chop or at least just a normal piece of meat.

An excellent sanatorium. Located in a convenient location, almost everything is close by. The decor matches the photographs. Good linen, daily cleaning. The room is very comfortable. The food was above all praise: everything is fresh and varied. Themed dinners are held. An interesting nightly cultural program: films, concerts, dances, master classes. The doctors are very attentive. The treatments were good. We plan to come here next year.

It's a shame that many services had to be requested, because the doctors themselves are not willing to prescribe them. I think that it would be possible to include in the program a number of additional. services naftalan baths and so on. Herbal medicine is also great, but you still want more.

The pool is small, the hydromassage includes the staff, they are not always included. Mostly suitable for the age category 40+, but we are going there for treatment, which means - to everyone
Booked a hotel for parents. I went myself a month before. The expectations were met in full. It's nice that they don't refuse procedures, there are really a lot of them.
In general, I liked everything. The only negative is the small territory of the sanatorium itself, but it is close to the walking and park area.

Cleaning at "3" When the load of the sanatorium is up to 50%, everything is relatively good. And the procedures are all in accordance with the declared on the voucher and there is no crowding in restaurants when eating. IT Lasted 7 DAYS OUT OF 10 !!! Then there was a check-in, and all the procedures flew, it is impossible to eat in the restaurant, and in order to take the elevator, you have to stand in a whole line.

Of the pluses, I note that the food was varied and quite tasty. There are plenty to choose from. I would advise adding herbal brewed tea, not disposable tea bags. Attention should be paid to the availability of fresh vegetables and fruits. I would also like to note the active work of the staff in the canteen, their prompt adjustment and an adequate attitude to small comments. Really thanks, it is clear that they are trying!
This is where the positive reviews end. The disgusting attitude of the medical staff for the most part, the lack of etiquette between the host and the resting side, often did not greet, heard from the outside how they spoke in a raised voice with other patients, the lack of competent planning, distribution and adherence to the schedule of visits to procedures. Dear sirs, you are paid money, and a lot, and they did not come with a factory permit! And even in this case, it does not give the right to take such liberties. It reads that honey. the staff is deeply and seriously tired, many have a desire to return home as soon as possible, and the patients for them are stupid numbers. Yes, not all doctors bypassed, fortunately or not, but I draw conclusions on the basis of those who came across to me. There were also quite pleasant workers in this medical field, but to our deep regret, there are not so many of them. The room was not very clean, bed linen was changed every other day, once even this was not done, there was also no bottled water in the room as a compliment, no kettle, although sometimes I wanted to brew tea. The price / quality ratio does not correspond to the time spent and the services provided in this sanatorium!

I liked the food. It corresponded to a sanatorium. The procedures were carried out in full. The staff is conscientious. There were no simple frills in the room in the form of additional trash in the room itself. I liked the cultural program in the evenings very much. There were great concerts every evening. Thank you very much to the specialist who is engaged in the organization of leisure. A huge plus of the sanatorium and the obligatory recommendations to other travelers to choose Victoria. There are a lot of sanatoriums with a medical base around, but in order not to get bored, you need to look.
A double bed is two composed beds that are constantly moving apart. I would like a more thorough cleaning of the room

Exclude the buffet: due to the pandemic, flea market, lack of clean tables and some dishes during the second shift (I can't say about the first one, as we ate on the second shift)
Long queues to the ozone therapy room. Entertainment programs should be free for vacationers.

Sanatorium 3 stars. The quality of the food is excellent. The rooms are old, the furniture is shabby. Terrible lighting, save on light, constant twilight in the room and throughout the sanatorium, chandeliers include 1 out of 5. Water treatments in old bathrooms with rusty taps and creepy curtains. It's time to change everything!

Excellent location of the sanatorium, close to the center and the park, a pretty patio - flowers, benches, fountains, there is a small terrace with sun loungers, a pump room with a narzan directly opposite the sanatorium (across the road). The sanatorium has its own cinema, concerts of local and metropolitan artists are held. Very friendly staff - maids, medical and administrative staff, waiters and administrators in the dining room.
Some shortage of shampoos, shower gels ... Well, tiny elevators cannot cope with the huge passenger traffic, especially before lunchtime.

The location of the Victoria Hotel is convenient for those who want to receive sanatorium treatment and not get bored, since the resort boulevard is within walking distance and in the evening for an amateur, Konechno, but there is a concert program. There is also a bowling alley and a disco!)
But the sanatorium is not located in the park itself, but the main thing for me in Kislovodsk is a terrenkur through a beautiful park and it's nice to be in the park right away in the morning!

Great location, right in the center. Gorgeous food: shrimp, red caviar, rabbit and even a chocolate fountain, the only thing is little fruit. Large room with everything a need. Quite clean for 4 out of 5. We did not take a lot of treatment procedures, but they left a very pleasant impression with those doctors they encountered. But the most important thing is the staff of the sanatorium, who is always ready to come to the rescue and give advice on any issue.
A very small bathroom two people will not fit in it at the same time, while the room is large enough, why it was impossible to make it no longer understandable. Check-in and check-out at the same time at 8.00 am, which creates traffic jams at the reception in the morning, why not separate the check-out and check-in times by 2 hours, as is done in hotels ?! If you are late for breakfast on the day of arrival, then this breakfast will not be carried over to the day of departure. In other sanatoriums we visited, breakfast unused on the day of arrival was postponed to the day of departure. There are not enough elevators for all vacationers during "feeding" you can wait quite a long time. With suitcases at the check-out, they caught an empty elevator for about 20 minutes. The pool is not bad, but at times there were too many people in it, which made the visit uncomfortable. The territory near the sanatorium is small, but the resort park is 15 minutes' walk away. In general, there are much more pluses, we will definitely come back.

The sanatorium is located in the center of Kislovodsk. All staff are very friendly and responsible for their work. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every 2 days, bed linen was changed every 3 days. The cuisine is very varied, the only coffee is not very good (generally without the taste and aroma of coffee). Several types of hot dishes, various side dishes, several types of salads with mayonnaise and butter. The treatment is excellent, all the girls are nurses are very pleasant, not rude, they are greeted with a smile, during the procedures they always clarify their state of health. An excellent sanatorium. Ready to come back again !!!

Despite the small minor negative points, I will be returning to Victoria next year.
I was in Kislovodsk for the first time and did not expect much from this time of year and a short period of stay. Of course, sanatorium treatment means staying for 10 days or more, but we managed to do a lot without that. We walked around the National Park, enjoyed the views, drank mineral water, went for a horse ride, took advantage of several procedures to improve the body in a sanatorium. The chef of the restaurant where we ate surprised us with a variety of dishes every day. The evening program gave us a choice, but we went to classical music. I really liked the evening with a young couple with a violin and an accordion, as it turned out later, the winners of many competitions. In a word, I recommend!
There were discrepancies in the chosen level of comfort and provided.

A very good impression was left by the city itself, the sanatorium, the work of the staff.
I liked the location of the sanatorium, cleanliness and comfort, excellent balanced food. The work of massage therapists is beyond praise.
Strange "savings" in detergents. Shampoo was put in a limited amount only upon check-in, there was no shower gel, although the soap was put in as it was used.

A sanatorium with good treatment, delicious food and an excellent location
Very good medical care, varied procedures, everything is worthy. The cuisine in the sanatorium is beyond praise, everything is tasty and varied. Convenient location (near the park and the resort boulevard), all within walking distance. It is better to choose rooms with a view of the courtyard, it is quiet and peaceful there.
Standard and superior rooms have very small bathrooms. Large people will be very uncomfortable. The rooms overlooking the main entrance are noisy from the road and railway.
