Anti-covid measures are not observed: there are a lot of people in the dining room, there are 3, 4 people at the tables, they don’t wear masks, the treatment is weak.

You can eat, it's already on everyone's taste buds. There are options, and you can eat tightly. I would change the buffet system for convenience (or, for example, break fruits into portions at once). The room is pleasant, but from the minuses, a bath with a shower, if you take a shower, water flows out and it ends up by the toilet. Value for money, the price but the room in which we were could be reduced by a couple of thousand. I liked the rest, we spent most of the time on the territory of the sanatorium. Soundproofing is good. Make rooms a little cheaper, and you can safely book six months in advance already in warm weather.

However, you have to pay 2200 rubles for the sauna, then it will be turned on and heated. Considering that the pool is small and is rather an extension of the sauna, going to the pool becomes pointless. Separate song - a beach towel. To get it, you need to leave a deposit of 1000 rubles at the reception and get a card. With this card to the beach and if you find a place where towels are issued, then you need to give the card and another 150 rubles for a towel. The towel itself is not very similar to the beach. Accordingly, a change of towels + 150 rubles. If you want 1000 rubles. back, then you need to hand over the towel to get a card on the beach and present it at the reception. In my opinion, too difficult and expensive for vacationers. Arrived on Friday, on Saturday they issued a coupon to the therapist. They said they had to go. I went. It's not clear why. The doctor said that I would not receive any procedures, as there were no places. And in general he explained that the four days for which I arrived were too few. You need to arrive at 14 at least. Well thank you for the information. If you want to invite a friend to the territory of the sanatorium, then you will need to write an application. A friend must have a certificate of vaccination and a certificate of epidemiological environment with him. Then you will be allowed to meet for an hour outside the building, i.e. on the street. An attempt to extend the room after 12 noon on the day of departure (late flight) resulted in an additional charge for a full day, including meals, although as I wrote above, food cannot be eaten. And also the need to move to a smaller room without a balcony. Conclusion: a beautiful viewpoint was spoiled by the wrong Soviet organization of recreation by the administration.
Given the rather specific contingent of vacationers, the work of the staff at the reception, on the floors, in the dining room and the medical building is all the more a pleasure. The entire staff works efficiently and friendly, in all matters they try to meet a meeting. The sanatorium itself, all its infrastructure exactly correspond to the concept of "prominent". It is a great pleasure to walk through the well-groomed, diverse park of the sanatorium. The beach is one of the best not only in Khost, but in the entire region of Greater Sochi. Magnificent territory with an arboretum-park. Very well maintained, walking is a pleasure. We lived in the Olympus building. It has all rooms with sea view. There are water coolers on the floors. Why do the rooms have carpet - it's not clear. They would make a tiled floor better, both aesthetically and hygienically. The carpet is all stained. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are chic, but they are not washed. The towels are white and are changed every day. Room cleaning every day. The food is good and varied. The treatment is excellent. Near the railway, trains scurry back and forth all the time, but I even liked it. It has its own charm. In general, I liked the resort, I will come again.
Why is there always a shortage of forks in the canteen? Girls from the kitchen have to run around the tables, collect the forks, wash them and take them back to the hall. Don't take out finished dishes on time. For those who have come to the end of the meal, there is little left. There are no mattresses on the sunbeds on the beach. For four stars is unacceptable. Beach towels are paid (!). The toilet on the beach is one for the whole district. There are very few umbrellas, people at 7 in the morning run to take places under them. The bar on the beach only beer with chips and ice cream. It's just impossible to eat. And I didn’t like that any city dweller can go to the beach, there is no security.

Been twice, although paid for full board. Dirty carpets in the rooms, cut off bathrobes, mold in the shower. Swimming pool by appointment 45 minutes, in a cap. The sauna does not work, the stay was not extended, although there were free rooms. The staff is very strange, unfriendly. This sanatorium is not something that is 4 *, it does not even pull on 3 *. And yes - the sanatorium does not want to be left reviews, apparently they themselves write ... I do not advise ...
I liked everything very much! Territory, complex, guests, food, location, and of course Staff! From the paramedic to the cleaning specialists, everyone felt warmth, care and joy from their work. The beach is great. Gym is what you need. We thank everyone and everyone! It so happened that in tech. weeks lived in the standard, luxury and comfort of the Salute building. A more positive impression of the Comfort room. Suite 514 was full of flying bugs, the size of a 10-ruble coin!!! Disgusting!!! All rooms are poorly cleaned: plumbing, vacuum cleaner - everything. Age-old dust in cupboards, cupboards, on TV, telephones... The shower switch didn't work in the suite. In comfort 420, the table was stained with something sweet, in the refrigerator were the remains of the products of previous residents, the antediluvian bathroom with a curtain. Bathrobes were issued for children, a normal bathrobe was brought after requests in a day! The best thing about the resort is the swimming pool. Sauna is paid)). I went through only two procedures (for a fee), for which there are no complaints.
A separate shame of the sanatorium is catering. The dishes are more or less normal, but if the guest arrives on time, stand in line for both the first and second courses. If you come at least 30 minutes after the start - scrape the leftovers from the trays or be content with what is left. Every day, people turned to the head of the dining room, received promises to rectify the situation, but ... Glass jugs with drinks, mostly with broken spouts - how is it possible ??? In general, I personally find the service in the dining room of the sanatorium offensive. The VIP room, where I dined while living in a suite, has only part of the general menu. A big minus for me - there is no place for long walks by the sea, only the beach. Exit to Khosta to the railway station, from which there is a walking street full of cars and taxis - a real slum! Stray dogs counted for one "walk" 12 pieces. Those wishing to arrange a transfer from the airport or back need to know that the resort takes twice the cost of a taxi - 1240 rubles. I got to Yandex taxi for 580 rubles, back by taxi Maxim for 460 rubles. That is, the sanatorium will take extra money from you just like that !! Summary - I will not go a second time, and I will not recommend it to my friends. For those who need more procedures and lie down / sit in the room / on a bench or on the beach.

I wanted to relax this year in Russia, in a hotel or sanatorium with a good private beach. The most acceptable option in terms of price / quality ratio for individual accommodation was the sanatorium "Cape Vidny". The resort is located in Khost, a five-minute walk from the railway station. You can independently go to Sochi, to the Olympic Park, to Krasnaya Polyana. But the road to the station is not very well lit at night. Therefore, many people prefer to take excursions. There is also a bus stop near the entrance to the sanatorium (KPP1). But only bus 49 passes by, and not very often. How to get to the sanatorium, what documents are needed - instructions are sent by the sanatorium staff immediately after booking. In August of this year, without a certificate of epidemiological surrounded, it was impossible even to enter the territory. The certificates were already checked at the checkpoint. Lived in the Olympus building. The room is comfortable. There was not only a kettle in the room, this is the only negative. After reading the negative reviews regarding the food, I didn't have high expectations. But there was no need to go to eat additionally in the center of Khosta. There was always something to choose from. The cost of rooms located in the Olymp and Salut buildings includes treatment. But most vacationers come to this resort during the season for a good beach. I considered the treatment mainly as an additional bonus. I was assigned an underwater massage, mud therapy, baths, ... There was no time to even read books. In the morning at 7-00 the entrance to the beach was opened, so from 7 to 8 I swam, then water aerobics, breakfast, rest on the beach until 10-30, then procedures with a lunch break. Before dinner, I had time to relax a little more on the beach. In the evening there were discos on the beach. Also in the sanatorium there is a concert hall, where circus performers, singers, comedians sometimes performed. There were also activities for children every day, and once a week there was a foam party on the beach.
I didn’t really like the road to the sanatorium from the center of Khosta. Would have liked to have a kettle in the room rather than using coolers in the lobby. I didn’t really like that outsiders entered the territory allocated on the beach for vacationers from the sanatorium. The beach is divided into four zones (for locals, for vacationers from nearby hotels, a medical beach and a VIP zone). But outsiders also rested in the second and third zones.
A well-organized sanatorium with its magnificent park, beach and medical infrastructure. Well trained and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Expensive, but apparently worth it. There will be money - we will definitely return.
Wishes: in order to more effectively maneuver the daily routine (primarily medical procedures), it would be desirable to expand the time limits of breakfast.
A large beautiful green area (mini arboretum) There are many sun loungers on the beach, towels are provided. Everything feels like a good owner. The staff is friendly and professional. I recommend to settle in the Olympus building. The food is more than decent. But you can improve it for an additional fee, which we did and were very pleased. Soups, greens, pastries are very tasty, meat, fish, poultry. Every day the dishes were updated, thanks to the chef. Good gym, exercise therapy, Nordic walking. Tatyana, a professional in her field, works in the SPA, I did a facial massage, I liked it. Nearby is the Yew-boxwood grove, I recommend everyone to visit and walk along two routes. On youth day, a cover band performed on the beach. It was our first vacation abroad and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the amenities.

I really liked the resort in most respects, the location is excellent, practically in the city, walking distance, excellent elevators and passages to the sea, good territory, many trees and plants with signs for those interested, beautiful views. Good soundproofing, normal sizes for both double and single rooms, balconies, fireworks baths in the rooms in the building. There are coolers on the floors, a vtb ATM in the lobby, there is a waiting room. a good restaurant with a decent selection of dishes, fruits for lunch, two coffee machines. good level of service, friendly staff. We didn’t take the treatment, so I don’t know the level, there is a phyto bar in the pool and mineral water, an oxygen cocktail. There are towels and containers with gel in the pool, there is an excellent underwater hydromassage in the pool itself, you can do roller massage for free.
I didn’t like the food, many have already written about it, and not so much the food itself and the assortment, but either the untimely replenishment of the finished dishes, or simply the removal of empty pallets without compensation, and this happened not only in the case of a late arrival to the restaurant, but also in the midst of breakfast, lunch. Tea only made of titanium. and it seemed strange the repeated presence in the pool of swimming visitors without caps, and in the presence of both a lifeguard and other personnel, although at the entrance and during registration they were warned several times about the need to swim in a cap. The pool is small, round, without divisions.

We were disappointed in the Arena building. Far from the sea, the bus is crowded, the windows overlook the road, on which cars drive all night, their noise is heard even with the windows closed; there was constant pandemonium in the dining room, most of them with small children ... That is, the end of the vacation was spoiled.
