Great location, parking, freestanding kitchen well equipped. Audibility in the rooms is average. Nice guest house, highly recommended. Our room did not have a closet, but there were plenty of coat hooks. Excellent value for money.

The place is just great, you can relax with your soul. It is so nice to sit in the evening on the bench by your room, and there is silence and crickets around. The shared kitchen has all the necessary utensils, a bunch of dishes, kettles, etc. Great gazebos for al fresco dining. Hot water in the room flawlessly. Children are busy with table football and socializing with dogs and cats.

An incredibly cozy place, but the most beautiful thing that made our stay unforgettable is the owner of the house. Alexander is an impossibly sympathetic, hospitable and kind person. It was pleasant not only to enjoy the beauty, but also to return home. Yes, in a few days this place became our home.

Cozy guest house with guest rooms on the ground floor and master rooms on the second. Parking in the yard. Large common room with kitchen and dining room and adjoining common room with fireplace. The room where we stayed with my family had its own shower and toilet, which is very convenient. The room is small, but cozy and warm. The friendly unobtrusive owner readily told us about the nearest interesting places and routes, how it is more convenient to drive up to them. The yard around the guest house is also interesting in its own way: a very old thick pear is growing, two cats are wandering, dogs ... There is a lot of greenery around. You can eat in the "Charodeyka" cafe, to which you can walk about ten minutes from the guest house along the picturesque slopes and ascents. We went to the Azish caves, to the mountains - to the Caucasian reserve, to thermal springs - swam in a pool with mineral water, I really liked it. We stayed in the guest house for two nights, did a lot, thank you.
