Beautiful apartment on the 10th floor of a residential building. Well renovated, comfortable and perfectly clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, there is an oven, a dishwasher. Cosmetic accessories in the bathroom. The stay was great!

Convenient location, walking distance to many facilities. Very friendly staff. The apartments are clean. There are all necessary appliances: microwave, oven, dishwasher. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is not very soft, you do not fall through. Large bathroom. Big TV. Heated floors in the corridor and on the balcony (generally a buzz). Comfortable layout and pleasant interior. There is even an umbrella - it's very nice that visitors are taken care of 💜
If there are four of you, then there are exactly 4 sets of dishes. Which is completely inconvenient, because there is nothing to put other food on. It wouldn't be bad if there were a couple of bowls. No towels in kitchen, used bath towels. I had to search the Internet for instructions for the stove. I think it would be easier if the instructions were above the stove. On the balcony, the vent does not close, if the wind is west, it is not possible to be on the balcony - the draft is incredible. The water pressure in the bathroom is weak, it is difficult to adjust the water temperature.

Comfortable. Quiet neighbors. White minimalism. Nobody bothered. I liked that you can get the keys in 2 minutes. And give them back even faster. Without checking the apartment and waiting for the owner, which saves a lot of time.
You can hear the elevator shaft well at night. It is even better to hear how cars and trains are chasing near the house.

Cozy spacious apartments
I really liked the combination of comfort and modernity in the design of the apartment. Spacious apartment, very cool kitchen, beautiful bathroom, original zoning and design of the bed.
When we drove into the apartment, it smelled very smoky, the bathroom smelled of dogs, and in the dressing room - of a sour rag. And yet, it was very cold, until we found an open through ventilation in the wall. The TV worked intermittently.

Bed, modern design, location
It was not very clean, there were hairs in the sink. The floor was not clean enough. There were crumbs on the table 😑 But apparently this is a problem not only of this place, but of Kaliningrad in general. Other apartments with the same high rating were just creepy how dirty...

Everything is gorgeous
Cool view from the window, awesome bed, minimalist interior design
The bathroom has a leaky shower at the front. Hot water sometimes requires pressurizing the boiler. I don't know how often, but I had to call a person once in 3 days of stay. Would like towels for feet.

The apartments are close to ideal, but there is room for improvement.
We lived on the 10th floor. 2 elevators. The location is good, I liked the bed, perhaps the hardness of the mattress like at home. The apartments have everything a tourist needs. Outside the window there are 2 roads - automobile and railway, but you can only hear the freight train, which happens 2 times in the evening. To all the sights of the city no more than 30 minutes on foot. Maritime Museum across the road. It is better to take a taxi to the Botanical Garden - 20 min. The Internet is working well. Lots of cabinets and shelves.
Everything works, but you need to pay attention to the water drains in the kitchen sink, washbasin and shower in the bathroom. The drain tile in the shower at the drain point needs minor repairs. The washbasin in the bathroom is "designer", but it is extremely inconvenient to use. The washbasin is small, located high, water constantly gets on the edge of the countertop. The headboard is made from a warehouse pallet, this is probably a design reference to the port, which is outside the window, but it raises doubts about hygiene, because it is difficult to wipe this part normally. The chairs are low and do not match the height of the kitchen table. Even with my height of 186 cm, it is uncomfortable to sit. It is better to replace black dishes with light ones, it is easier to understand whether it is clean or not. Teaspoons oxidize and leave marks in the glasses, it is better to replace them with steel ones.

Just like you wanted!
We are very pleased with the choice of the city and apartments for living! We arrived early in the morning, but we were quickly settled into the room (despite the check-in time). Spacious, bright, clean. The apartment is very much like a house))
When leaving, I forgot amber in the room (collected), unfortunately the cleaning lady did not find it. But that's more of my fault.

I liked it very much
The apartment exceeded all expectations. Everything is clean, neat, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I especially liked the stand for children to make it convenient for them to wash their hands, cotton buds and cotton pads. In the freezer: ice cubes. There are all the necessary utensils, in addition: little vegetable and salt and sugar, even a Turk for brewing coffee. There is underfloor heating in the toilet, hallway and hallway. The apartment was very warm, despite the fact that the heating had already been turned off in the houses. Excellent location: almost all sightseeing objects can be reached on foot. The Museum of the World Ocean is generally under the windows. Shops are close.
I would additionally put a kitchen towel in the kitchen and make a shelf for cups a little lower. But these are minor quibbles that can be ignored.

Wonderful apartments, bright, spacious and clean. And inexpensive!
Great apartments, spacious, clean, with a good view. Excellent bathroom, kitchen. Big TV. Everything is as comfortable as possible, including in terms of money with this quality of housing. There is everything you need - washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and a whole dressing room.
The shower leaks a little through the doors and the door to the bathroom did not close, but these are all trifles.

The best thing we had in our holiday was the apartments
Very caring and polite staff. Cozy and clean studio apartment, which was a pleasure to return to after city tours. It is located near the center and close to several attractions. Most of all, of course, we were pleased with the huge bed and heated floors in the bathroom, hallway and on the balcony. There are no cons, although we lacked a couple of deep plates =)

Price matches quality
- proximity to the center, - early check-in.
- when you wash in the shower, a large amount of water somehow pours onto the floor, - it was difficult to adjust the water (at first only cold water can flow, and then immediately hot, despite the fact that the position of the lever does not change), - one of the sockets in the kitchen did not work well, - a strong and unpleasant smell from the microwave (they asked to wash it, but even after washing the microwave, the smell remained), To be honest, I don't understand how this place got such a high rating.

The stay in this apartment exceeded our expectations!
We are very grateful for the warm welcome! The location is excellent, you can safely walk to any central streets and beautiful places. The latest modern and very stylish renovation, it was very pleasant to stay in the apartment. Felt at home.
