Great guest house! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very cool pool))) Friendly hosts!!! To the sea 15 minutes walking distance. Along the way canteens, grocery stores and a pharmacy.

Great hosts, Valery and Nadezhda! Very attentive and responsive. The kitchen is large, clean, the rooms are comfortable, clean, the territory of the yard is well-groomed, there is a large barbecue, firewood, skewers - everything is there. Thanks a lot! We'll come again!!!

Great guest house, clean, cozy, comfortable, beautiful!
I liked absolutely everything! Good location of the guest house (to the sea, as stated in the description, 15 minutes, but the road did not bother, cozy quiet streets, shady alley - and you are already at the sea!). Not far from the guest house is the Old Park, perhaps one of the most notable sights of Kabardinka. The rooms of the guest house are very clean and comfortable, modern renovation, everything is done beautifully, tastefully. Very comfortable bed with a good mattress, which is important. Large kitchen with everything you need and a cozy patio. And, of course, the polite friendly staff of the guest house. Thank you for our wonderful holiday! For those who still doubt the choice, I definitely recommend it!

We stayed at this guesthouse for a week in August 2020. We were very satisfied, the owner is hospitable, the staff is friendly. During the week of stay, the room was cleaned once, bed linen and towels were replaced. Which is very pleased and surprised, rarely seen anywhere. The room had a balcony.
Very small room for three people, just do not turn around. The kitchen does not have enough utensils for cooking and only one stove.
