Great stay!

Great hotel for a leisurely getaway
To begin with, it is strange to me why the booking itself and its recommendation system did not recommend this hotel to me. Already after I put the filter I saw this wonderful hotel. I must say that he exceeded all my expectations, almost everything is perfect: from the transparent reception to the hotel itself and its rooms. The room has a perfect renovation, nothing flows, does not drip, does not stink. The bed is perfect, I even wanted to buy such a mattress for my home. The breakfasts are GREAT. The staff is very friendly. Location 3 minutes to the central beach. There is a place to park your car outside. In general, this is almost ideal.
But as they say, there can be no ideal. The windows overlook the common terrace. Don't forget to close the curtains if you're walking naked around the room (although maybe this one is exactly what you came here for :) and the second heating was not turned on in October, although it was up to 8 degrees at night. We were heated by a split system.

Review
I liked everything from the panoramic reception, polite and smiling staff, a beautiful and comfortable room that creates the illusion of home, a beautiful and large swimming pool, the view from the window, the proximity of the sea and the embankment.
There were few days, but this is already due to my workload. I will definitely come and stay again in this hotel if I am in Gelendzhik again.

Great hotel with heated pool
We lived in a deluxe room, the room is large, very clean, a huge bed, plus a sofa, perfectly white bedding, a clean beautiful bathroom. Heated pool +27, swam in non-flying weather. Delicious breakfasts (2 cereals, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes, etc.), cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. The staff is polite and friendly. Recommend

Journey to Gelendzhik
The four of us rested .. my husband, our baby age 1.2 and the godmother of the baby. Gelendzhik is a very cozy hometown.. An amazing embankment along which we took walks every day. The hotel is really located about 400-500m from the sea .. this distance did not bother us .. along the way you can go to the Perekrestok store and the five. The hotel has a heated pool, which was very useful to us .. since we were unlucky with the weather (this year it was abnormally not hot ((in Gelendzhik in September) The rooms are small but cozy. San knots are simply with a chic renovation .. I don’t know how it is in other rooms, but in our 311 two-room suite there was just fire. The holy of holies restaurant) is very clean with a good repair .. the breakfasts are simply gorgeous and eerily delicious. A very large selection of dishes .. a separate bow to the chef. The hostess, a very nice woman.. always helped the staff to cover the Swedish.. It is a pity that due to recent events in the hotel had to cancel lunches and dinners.. If such breakfasts are delicious.. and the rest would probably be wonderful. The girls who keep the hotel clean and the girl who cleans the rooms.. thank you so much... you are great fellows. The hotel is VERY clean! The girls at the reception are very nice and friendly..always smiling. The hotel also has baby strollers for free, I think this is important for many. Done not expensive you can use the laundry service. We liked the hotel. I would probably stop here again. Good luck to you guys .. and I want you to quickly restore the hotel to full capacity and return lunches and dinners.

Good location, near the central embankment, in 15-20 minutes you can walk to a thick cape, where the water is clear and it is comfortable to swim. Very clean, both in the room and throughout the hotel. The maids constantly clean the floors and all surfaces. Room cleaning is every day. Clean big pool. Delicious varied breakfast buffet. The staff welcomes guests like family), any issue is resolved quickly. We needed a second blanket, brought in 5 minutes.

Excellent hotel
We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room. What made me very happy was the quality and quantity of cleaning, and not only in the room, but throughout the entire territory, when you walk from the beach, the sand from the slippers falls almost immediately into the scoop of the cleaner. All requests (basins, vases, rags, etc.) were fulfilled as quickly as possible, all the staff were young and friendly. The food throughout the stay was acceptable, of course, without delicacies, but tasty and different, I can safely say that for all the time, this was the only food that we did not get poisoned, although we ate both in inexpensive and expensive restaurants.
There was a small minus, the shower was leaking, but they brought us a sufficient number of towels and they were changed in a timely manner, so this did not cause discomfort

There are no special rugs in the shower bathroom, because of which the little one slipped and hit his head hard. There are also no rubber mats near the pool, it is very slippery and scary to walk even by yourself. The first half of the vacation was a buffet, the last 4 days, the service staff served food without a choice and it became not tasty, the children completely refused to eat, therefore, additional expenses for food.

The work of the restaurant is excellent - cleanliness, friendly waitresses, delicious and fresh food. Steep stairs to the rooms. We lived on the 4th floor, so it was not very convenient to constantly move along such stairs. An elevator would be perfect! Also, the buffet is very simple with the cheapest products. The beer was ok and the wine was cheap.

4 meals a day at ridiculous prices
For three nights we paid 10,800 rubles and were surprised to find that this amount includes breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and dinner. Everything is very worthy, each room has a separate table on the terrace, an ironing board in the corridor. Fairly varied food. The intervals between meals are a maximum of 2 hours.
When cleaning, we threw out a part from an expensive racing bike, which, in order not to lose it, was specially placed on the windowsill. The cleaning lady apparently thought it was dirt or a window detail, then she did not admit it. Unpleasant.

Stayed for a couple of days. I liked everything in the room, tasteful. It was clean. An attentive maid. Convenient location, a couple of minutes and you are on the waterfront. Nearby there is a "Crossroads" and a delicious dining room.
For some reason, there was no duvet cover that day. They promised to provide it to me later, but they did not bring it. In the evening I went down to the reception and informed about it. They said everything will be. But upon returning to the room, there was no duvet cover, but a blanket. And only the next day, at the request, the blanket was tucked in.

And as a bonus, the windows of our room overlooked, so to speak, a technical room where things were dried: at 8 on Sunday, on vacation, EVERYONE does not want to wake up from the fact that the staff is discussing the purchase of new rags right out the window. After all, we came to rest, take into account this moment somehow, you know that the room is occupied! And the windows of other rooms overlook the pool and a through balcony, it can be noisy from people.

Very nice hotel, excellent value for money.
Very convenient location in the heart of the city, two minutes supermarket crossroads, city center with an abundance of cafes in 5 minutes. The street is quite quiet, the cars do not make noise. Very friendly staff, both the administrators at the reception and the maids, constantly asked if everything was fine with us and tried to please us as soon as possible. Cleaning is regular. The staff is not intrusive, they are almost invisible in the hotel, they appear only when needed. We hardly saw any neighbors. Unfortunately, the cafe could not be assessed, since the season had not yet begun and the cafe was not working. Suitable for families and in general for any holiday, I recommend.
The automatic electricity in the room was a little off, but it was easily fixed. Slightly hard towels. The mattress is hard for me, but for some it's more of a plus.

We rested in the rainy season, watched mountains and clouds from the balcony, beautiful. The shower room is comfortable, clean, large, nice. In general, everything is very pleasant.
This has nothing to do with the hotel, and it didn’t bother us, as we rested out of season. But there are no parking spaces in the center from the word "absolutely".

Wonderful hotel! All in the mind! And the location and the rooms and the pool and the kitchen. Loved the room, clean. Bedding is fresh, new, soft. The room is not smoky. The hotel itself is located quite close to the sea. Walked every day along the embankment. Taxi was not taken at all, everything is nearby. I would like to single out Marinochka, a very pleasant and sweet girl, kind and sympathetic, always smiling, working quickly and celebrating each guest. You feel at home!!! I will single out the cook in the kitchen, unfortunately I don’t remember the name, and express my gratitude to them. Everything is very tasty, like at home, a variety of dishes. In the morning cheesecakes conquered me 🥰🥰🥰 especially! Very polite security guard, did everything and even brought the bag to the room. Good luck and prosperity!!!

The staff in the dining room, the whole impression and rest was spoiled by one employee (an inadequate woman who forgot about the concept of subordination and that she works here, and not at home)! Meals, breakfast and lunch were tolerable, dinner left much to be desired! There are practically no fruits, there were only apples and bananas!

We stopped on Thursday 01.10 (with my husband and child 2.10), left on Sunday 04.10. For all the time, only once on Friday was the garbage taken away from us and 1 roll of t / paper was put. The hotel is modern and very comfortable. For a relaxing holiday. Breakfast is a good buffet (buns, pancakes from the second, cheesecakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, casserole, scrambled eggs, cheese, butter, bread). Lunch and dinner are complex. Portions are large. Plus an afternoon snack. Always tea, coffee, wine, beer. Never left hungry! In the kitchen, the Clever girls made sure that no one was left hungry. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. Warm. All liked it! Clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable, friendly! If I didn't like to change places of rest, I would definitely come back again! I recommend!!! P.S. You can stay, but WITHOUT FOOD
The food that is declared as "All inclusive" cannot be called food. Examples: hodgepodge lunch, mashed fish, 5 slices of tomato. All this was brought at the same time on a tray. It was impossible to eat fish, the state of softened paper. No salty. Juices, fruit drinks, compotes, different in color, but the same, no taste. Wine and beer are just an incomprehensible substance, from pouring barrels, it cannot be called wine for sure. And this despite the fact that the district is full of wineries. Dinner - they brought out on one plate: rice of an incomprehensible color, pieces of pork in sour tomato sauce and 3 slices of cucumber with garlic. Call it just a comprehensive economy level meal, but not with the loud word "all inclusive".
the concept of nutrition definitely needs to be reconsidered, as well as the so-called wine, which is not wine according to the new law on viticulture and winemaking of the Russian Federation

We rested with our family in September 2020. I liked everything very much, from the cleanliness of the room to the delicious food! With food too clever. The food is declared as "all inclusive", in fact, the serving of dishes is portioned, without the right to choose. Although everything was cooked tasty and original. The first days for breakfast were served only very tasty porridge (semolina, rice, millet, oatmeal) plus curd or casserole, instant coffee (the owner could go broke for a coffee machine), titanium tea and choco pye. For lunch ; soup, main course and vegetable salad. For dinner; hot, salad and fruit. At lunch and dinner, wine (4 types) and beer without restrictions, although in the early days the selection of wines was limited. After a series of ailments in the hotel guests and in ours, too, in the form of diarrhea and nausea, and the sanitary-epidemiological station's check of the household block, the food in the hotel probably improved due to a bonus. The breakfast buffet appeared; eggs, scrambled eggs, casseroles, sausages, cheese cuts, delicious buns were always available, only vegetables were missing. And another "pleasant" surprise of our stay was the lack of water in the city, the owner of course hurried in advance and ordered a huge water tank in which water was brought in by cisterns But such a force majeure could have been calculated in advance and our clients should not experience any inconvenience for their (considerable) money.

Our holiday in Azaria
We are delighted with the rest, mostly thanks to the hotel. I’ll make a reservation right away, before that 4-5 stars rested in Egypt, in Russia it was the first experience. I am writing a review based on fresh memories, arrived yesterday. For those who are too lazy to read a lot, the first sentence of the review is enough 😉 So, as the theater begins with a hanger, so the hotel with the reception. The administrator is very friendly, immediately told everything - the internal schedule of the hotel, where it is better to swim, and where it is interesting to walk. She gave out bracelets and a card from the room, explained how to use it. The room is small but very comfortable, cozy and clean. The hotel itself is not big, it looks good from the street, inside it is white and clean, and during meals you can see the mountains. The kitchen deserves special mention. The dishes are very tasty, without any bells and whistles, the portions are good. We ate so much that on walks I didn’t want to buy anything to try. The waitresses are always polite, friendly and ready to help. I would especially like to mention the girl Marina - in addition to fast and high-quality work, she managed to wish everyone a good morning, found a couple of kind words for each visitor, thereby raising the mood for the whole day. All hotel staff are pleasant and do their job well. The maids are always ready to help if there is any difficulty. The hotel is clean, the floors are tidied up, the pool is cleaned every evening with the help of special tools. The hotel is located not far from the embankment, where the whole resort life of the city flows. It was very convenient to go to the sea for a swim, along the way just a Perekrestok store, you can grab some water. Five minutes from the hotel is the central park of the city of Gelendzhik, where there are many attractions. Our family really liked the rest, although there were concerns about our resorts, and in connection with the current situation in the country as a whole. P.S. If you arrived by plane - do not rush to take a taxi from the airport. Right at the exit, we were charged a price of 400-500 rubles, although Yandex Taxi also gives a price of 250.
As it turned out in Gelendzhik, there are problems with a constant supply of water, but this is already a question for the city's provision, and not for the hotel. On the contrary, I would like to note the hotel positively in this regard, while the entire district was without water, it was brought to us by cars and pumped, so that it was possible to wash calmly.

The location for walking along the promenade is perfect, wonderful that there was a pool. The friendly staff, especially the waiter Maria, told in detail where to go, caring and attentive. We took a deluxe room, we expected it to be bigger and more comfortable, good sound insulation, we didn't hear our neighbors at all. There is an ironing board on every floor, the staff is always there to help.
Very small room, lack of water bottles. Lack of bathrobes, from bathroom accessories only hand gel, 2 pcs disposable shower gel and 2 pcs shampoo. For three days we were not replenished. Of the 4 types of wine, only 2 were available. Small choice in food, during the whole time we ate at the hotel only 2 times, it was delicious.

Vacation-long deceit and disappointment...
Almost nothing was good! The only good thing about the hotel was the staff. Maid and waitresses in a restaurant. The girls were welcoming and friendly. Thank them for this. Everything else in this hotel, apparently, only to recoup the money spent on the launch of the hotel!
My husband and two children booked a stay at this hotel in the “Junior Suite Family” room with a balcony and a double bed, all-inclusive meals, even on the bracelet that they give upon check-in, the inscription “All Inclusive” proudly flaunted. So, upon check-in, it turned out that the hotel DOES NOT have a buffet, which was promised when communicating with representatives of Azaria at booking. In return, we were offered breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, without the possibility of choosing from the menu, what they bring, then eat. From drinks strictly at lunchtime and during dinner, you can pour red and white wines, as well as light beer. The quality of alcohol leaves much to be desired, but this is not the worst thing, because an intestinal infection “walks” in the hotel! ALL GUESTS OF THE HOTEL (I'm not exaggerating!) for 2-3 days begin to suffer from symptoms of an intestinal infection, even those who have not been to the sea. In this fact, it is terrible that most of the hotel guests are families with young children.

Not a convenient form of food! There is no menu even for the day, they just bring what they have prepared. Little fruit, only a slice of watermelon was given and then only for dinner. An afternoon snack is always the same: cookies and ice cream (with a zmzh). The waitresses are sleepy, they cannot clearly explain anything.

It is a pity that the site did not say anything about the idle pool due to quarantine, but they themselves are to blame - I had to ask. The only thing that made the trip very dark is that the hotel has no parking. We thought, so what, we will put the car where there will be a place. But we ran into some abnormal, who at 10 pm began to drive us from the place where we were parked according to traffic rules, because it is near his house and, in general, this street is his. We were a family, a disabled husband, two small children. I freaked out and said that I would call the police, and he threatened to destroy our car. We called the police, but they said they couldn't do anything until they got sick. Our local friends said that this is a "cubanoid" and there is such a problem in Gelendzhik. We moved the car. We will gladly return to the hotel, but without a car.

Settled in the room immediately upon arrival. The location of the hotel is very good (shop, pharmacy, beach) everything is within walking distance. There are beach towels (if you ask😁). The staff is polite.
From the territory: a swimming pool (which does not work due to a pandemic and the price of living has not been reduced from this🙁), little greenery (the design is boring). From the room: small (for 3 people), although as we were told this is a junior suite, there are no shelves for clothes in the closet, only hangers, the electricity is turned off when you leave (the phone can no longer be charged), the air conditioner is located directly opposite the extra bed (chairs for the child) 🙁. The room was cleaned only after a reminder, toilet paper had to be constantly asked for, since one roll was placed in the room for 3-4 people (and even then not every day😊). Meals below 3 (there is no buffet, there is no custom menu, only porridge for breakfast from the children's menu, sausages look terrible, yogurt and curd cheese with the date of the last expiration date 🙁, there were apples and bananas from fruits).

Excellent food hotel
Traveled with my husband and 3 month old baby. The hotel is quiet and perfect for families. The hotel is 5 minutes from the sea. Friendly staff, always willing to help. Clean rooms with fresh renovation. Delicious 4 meals a day. Beer and wine are also included in the price. For children there are chairs for feeding and a playpen. We plan to visit this hotel again.
Unfortunately, during our stay, due to the pandemic, the hotel did not have a swimming pool, but this is not the fault of the hotel, but the order of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory.

The next day they gave us a gift - they moved us to a deluxe room. It is very nice. We like to visit Gelendzhik in the off season, I think we will come to this hotel again.

The rooms are cool in winter, they turned on the air conditioner for heating, but the floor was still icy, take your shoes, there are no slippers. The hotel reviews / descriptions did not seem to mention the lack of a breakfast buffet. He was also absent for dinner, but for some reason this was not so surprising. Probably the same as for lunch. But the breakfast was extremely surprising, I have never seen anything like this anywhere. Especially so that the default porridge does not mean oatmeal. Also for those who are inattentive like me, this hotel does not have coffee for breakfast (although a friend noticed something like instant coffee in granules at the boiler).

We settled at our request earlier than it should be, maybe we were with a small child, for which many thanks. I would also very much like the hotel to have free rental of umbrellas.
