Clean and pleasant house
Nice house with excellent layout, renovation and beds! Close to city center the owner is very sociable and responsive the atmosphere is very homely, everything was clean and pleasant even our LK200 with a roof rack climbed under the carport we will come again

Things are good.
Yes, clean, comfortable, the car was parked behind an iron fence. Great TV, lots of channels. Although it was late, they settled in immediately.
True, Hot Water quickly ended at night and in the morning, but we hope that this is some kind of force majeure!

If we come again, we will not even consider other hotels. Only this one.
Loved the friendly and accommodating owner. I liked the fact that the room has not only a washing machine, but also washing powder and even rinse aid. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner brought clean drinking water, because in Elista you can’t cook on tap water. Although providing ourselves with water, I consider it our concern.
Didn't like the lack of hot water when bathing. But that's not the owner's fault. We just have a big family and therefore we lacked the volume that was heated. Enough water for 1-3 people.

Great place to stay in Elista
The guest house exceeded all expectations! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a kitchen with everything you need, very comfortable beds with snow-white linen, slippers, bathrobes, heated floors, fast internet, a spacious parking lot with automatic gates. In the spacious bathroom, the shower section is equipped with two showers, enough soap accessories, a dental kit. Moreover, the house is within walking distance of the main attractions. In general - we all really liked it!

Excellent accommodation for reasonable money.
At 12 midnight the owner met us, which is quite rare when you rent an apartment. In fact, this is a private house with a parking lot. Everything is new, inexpensive, but well thought out and functional. The kitchen has everything you need for life: a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, only a dishwasher is missing) Surprisingly, they even found salt in the closet.
Hooks for towels fell off in the bathroom, but these are trifles)

Luxury accommodation in Elista
There are no downsides. All perfectly
Clean and comfortable accommodation. Suitable not only for short stays, but also for long stays. Modern renovation. Everything is bright, cozy and new. In the bathroom consumables, hair dryer, good toilet paper. There are slippers, bathrobes, cosmetic mirror on the leg. In the kitchen area there is a washing machine, powder, air conditioning, a basin, a refrigerator, an induction cooker, a kettle, a microwave oven, the cleanest dishes that can be used immediately without washing. In the presence of drinking water in large bottles, napkins, sugar, tea bags, coffee, toothpicks. There is a sewing kit, first aid kit, ironing board, dryer, iron. TV-plasma. Near the beds (one one and a half, the second single) above the bedside table are modern swivel lamps, convenient. The linen is white and of high quality, the mattress is comfortable, the pillows are soft. There is wi-fi. The windows have roller blinds, plastic windows, clean. Parking is spacious in the yard, there is video surveillance. In the yard there are ropes and clothespins for drying clothes (maybe someone will come in handy). The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The car broke down, entered the position, took it much earlier than the check-in time for free. We travel 3 times a year, actively, during the trip there are many places to visit. This property is one of the best to live in. And a young cat will meet and escort you at the entrance to the yard. I confess, I fed him 2 sausages in 2 days, maybe he shouldn’t, but he’s so cute. I recommend this place to everyone, it's great.

I liked it very much. Clean and comfortable. There is everything necessary for living. Next time I'm in Elista, I'll only stay there.

Clean and fresh apartments, great option for families
Great apartment, very clean and fresh. Two comfortable beds, washing machine, hassle-free internet. The owners even took into account such trifles as a first aid kit, threads with needles and bathrobes. I was also pleased with the adjacent territory (its availability, cleanliness). And a huge plus when traveling with children is the absence of stairs. Thank you very much for your hospitality! :)

The house is located in Elista, 10 minutes walk from the center. The house has everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. The host answered all our questions and explained in detail about the stay and the steps to take when leaving.

Great place to stop for one or more nights.
A great option that you rarely see. Private sector with private parking in the yard. Fresh high quality renovation. Convenient layout, where despite the relatively small size of the room, everything is in its place. Many services (toiletries, iron and ironing board, bathrobes, slippers, dishes, microwave, kettle, stove, and so on). A hospitable host who will quickly show everything, tell, help and explain. In the city center with walking distance to attractions.
I tried to figure it out, but I couldn't. Unless the induction cooker, I did not have a relationship with them.

Very nice apartment
Quality bed linen and towels. There are all necessary utensils, washing machine, ironing board, iron, powder, air conditioner. Everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. The owner is very kind. Very clean.
You can put a rag in the kitchen to wipe the table, but this is if you find fault.

The best apartments
Everything is super. We travel a lot. Probably the best apartments ever rented in Russia. Definitely 5*. I liked everything very much. Clean, convenient, comfortable. The location is also convenient, close to all attractions. The car can be parked in the yard - a huge plus for a rented car. Pleasant moments - powder (even conditioner) for washing, soap, slippers, bathrobes, shower gels, all clean modern dishes. It’s convenient that you don’t have to buy anything. Usually, you go somewhere as a standard, but everything is fine here) Thanks a lot!!!

Everything was great.
I liked everything, especially the fact that the owner provided bottled water (since they don’t want to drink tap water).
The only negative, we did not have enough water heater power and the last person was washed with cold water (there were five of us)
