All! Starting from the "reception", or rather its absence, and ending with a cardboard front door. The hotel on the highway is completely unsuitable for families. A cardboard rattling door that we thought would fall apart if we opened it one more time. Same paper walls. Thank God there were just tenants behind the wall. Well, you understood me ... Absolutely every word was heard. Reception, as I said, is absent altogether. We barely found a way to move in. Our brothers from the neighboring countries are in charge of all this. Somewhere in the cafe we ​​found the "administrator". And in the morning some guy just took the keys from us, and that's it.

We could not get through to the administrator, after half an hour they opened us, they did not show us off to the room, someone used the shower in my room because it was not cleaned and there was an open shampoo lying around. Door like paper, perfect audibility from the track

The air conditioner did not work in our room. There were cockroaches and spiders. The bed hasn't been cleaned for a long time. One socket for the whole room. But there is a pool, and for one night it will do. On the territory there is a barbecue and gazebos. Parking at the hotel. But the hotel is right on the highway. Noisy. The rooms are directly facing the street. Nice cafe inside. Price - quality are comparable. The staff in every way goes to the meeting, and this is sometimes more important than beauty.

The room was booked an hour before arrival, and the address says "village", so the location on the highway was revealed upon arrival) I did not manage to sleep at all, it was very noisy from the trucks. If you close the window, it is still noisy and there is nothing to breathe. When you first enter the room, you can feel damp air, because the bath is not particularly ventilated. The plastic part of the toilet is loose, not secured. In general, the room is normal, but somehow uncomfortable. I had to urgently bow my head for the night, but this is not my option.

They found only one socket behind the chair in the room. The cafe is open from 10:00.

Not suitable for families with children. For car travelers with children, there should be 24-hour access to 1. Refrigerator 2. Microwave / stove 3. Kettle / cooler

Deterioration of furniture, beds and other things.

True, everything is like in an old castle! The 21st century is everywhere, but not there :)

It was not critical - the second door saved, but outerwear and shoes left in the hallway were frozen in the morning. I really missed a kettle in the room: running in the cold after a shower in a separate cafe building is a bad idea. And there was some kind of problem with hot water: at first it did not go out of the tap for a long time, and then it ended very quickly. You can not mention audibility, this is a problem in almost 90% of hotels, but it was still somehow uncomfortable that the tenants from the next room moaned at night, it seemed, right on our bed. In general, most of the shortcomings are minor - as with that insulation - and require only once every few months a single application of male hands growing from the right place.

Distance from Kolomna, you can't get there without a car. We were in November, the room was cool, they turned on an additional heater. Poor soundproofing, you can clearly hear what they are talking about in the next room.

Terribly dirty !!!! Shower and toilet are disgusting. It's scary to step on the floor without shoes. Rooms with a separate entrance, our blinds were in a very poor condition, so that from the street, with the lights on in the room, you can see you. The water from the tap was barely warm, I had to ask for it to be fixed (though they reacted quickly, the temperature was raised). The number is smoky. TV-only sockets (even the phone has nowhere to charge). There is practically no soundproofing (you can hear conversations from neighboring rooms). In the one next to us, someone was having sex in such a way that there was a feeling of presence the bed was in a terrible state, the towels were old, the pillows were terrible. And, at the end of the review, I want to once again point out the terrible dirt. Everywhere, floor, walls, furniture, shower, toilet.

Non-compliance with sanitary standards: dirty, dusty room, untidy hair everywhere (in the sink, on the chairs, on the sheets), smoky musty air, rusty unwashed plumbing. Very noisy (the room walls were literally shaking and buzzing with noise at night) - not only because the motel is on the road, but because of the operation of some devices like hoods or pumps near the rooms. The hotel manager, although not wearing a mask, was friendly. The bath is not bad. But since sanitary standards are not observed anywhere in this place, it is obvious that they are not observed in the bathhouse either. We do not recommend staying here even for one night. A totally unpleasant experience.

Lack of fridge, hair dryer, flimsy front door, no mosquito nets on the windows. One of the kitchen workers, who does not understand Russian enough, additionally brought in something that I did not order.

Didn't like the fact that when we checked into the room, there was a smell of tobacco. Huge request to hotel guests - do not smoke in the room !!!! Think about other people !!!

Sauna with low quality rooms right on the piste. The reception is a bar counter in the restaurant. You cannot count on payment by card. For documents on accommodation and payment, in addition to an incomprehensible cashier's check, they asked to pay an additional 2,000 rubles. The rooms are not as spacious as in the photo on the website, a bit dirty, although there is a flat screen TV. One room had to be changed immediately due to a dirty bed and non-working plumbing. In another, the lighting was bad. Soundproofing is zero, you can hear what they are talking about and what they are doing behind the wall. Food in the restaurant - kebabs and vegetables, they brought us cold. After dinner, they did not dare to try breakfast (porridge or scrambled eggs). There is no bread, no snacks, no chocolates in the restaurant. Stopped in transit, late at night they could no longer look for something else. We left earlier than planned.

There is hair on the floor in the bathroom. The shower head was impossible to hang, you had to hold it in your hands. They pushed back the table, underneath the cigarette butts. In the evening they wanted to order khachapuri in the room, the oven turned out to be broken. They wanted scrambled eggs and sausages for breakfast. They said they ran out of sausages, and then they called and said that they ran out of eggs. We went to have breakfast in the city. In the evening they called a person to turn on the TV, and then turn off the ventilation in the toilet, as it was very much blowing. Could not disconnect.

She smells like a toilet, but this is not as critical as her absence (both hot and cold) in the morning (at 10 o'clock, the reason was the cleaning of the water and it was turned off for half an hour, not about its quality did not change) and during the day (at 13 -14, then it turned out that something broke, the duration of the absence was also about half an hour). There is no hairdryer in the room, but you can ask for it. Socket 1 for the whole room, but you can ask for a tee. Noise from the highway, which is heard through closed windows and doors.

Low informational content of finding. If without a navigator (i.e. not ordered in advance), you can slip through and notice it too late. For some reason, there are no sockets in the room for charging gadgets (phone, laptop, etc.) There is no refrigerator or kettle. The toilet lid was simply put down (not reinforced).
