Liked the location and very nice maid.

1. The bed is just awful - my back still hurts upon arrival (and you can’t sit on it because of the body and a very thin mattress. 2. Noise isolation - just no comment. You can hear how they relieve the need for the toilet of the next room, as if there are no doors when someone walks behind it (and it has completely dried up so that the cracks are visible. 3. The room is so cramped that it is impossible to turn around, although I booked a triple room to be more free. 4. Furniture in the hotel - from the beginning of 2000, everything is patched up with self-tapping screws. 5. Bed linen is damp and tired. 6. The shower is just on the floor, next to the toilet and the faucet is shared with a washstand. The tile is broken in places. 7. Lighting is not enough at all. In general, according to the photos, the rooms were more spacious and completely different. Worst hotel I've ever been (around 20).

And we lived on the fourth! A nightmare!!! You are not!!! 3. there is a dryer on each floor, but ONE .... it was sorely lacking for everyone ... since there were a lot of tenants! 4. the kettle is a little broken, the use of a washing machine is paid separately - 250r / wash

Everything is fine, only a little strained the constant rise to the 4th floor. I think hotels without an elevator should not have more than 3 floors

We came to this hotel with colleagues. Booked in advance, after booking a message came to the messenger with the requirement to pay for 1 day of stay via Sberbank Online, sent. We were 11 adults and 5 children (5 rooms) The reservation was confirmed, everything is ok. Upon arrival, we were greeted and accommodated according to the booking. 2-3 hours after check-in, the hostess Natalya came up, demanding to pay extra for the room 1,000, since, according to her, the cost of the room was increased by 1,000 rubles, since the room that we booked through the booking was absent and they replaced the number for us on the other (not on the stock as they say). It was not pleasant that no one was warned about possible surcharges, but oh well, 1000 rubles is not a lot of money, they paid extra. Further, a couple of hours later, the hostess Natalya came up to us with some printout from the booking, with the requirement to pay another 6,000, allegedly the number turns out to cost 12,000 rubles per place - 4980. Referring to the fact that she confused the ages of the children when calculating the cost of the room, that is, she did not took into account the children. We tried to explain that the cost is calculated by booking, but as it turned out to be useless. That is, in order for us to continue living in this hotel, we had to pay an additional 6,000. Natalya explained this by the fact that she recalculated the cost of the room according to the age of children 4,5,7 years old. I want to remind The room is still the same that we booked through booking for 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) for 4980. For some reason after our arrival, the room rate increased from 4980 to 12,000, Natalia could not explain, but insistently demanded an additional payment. We refused to pay extra, since it was not indicated in the booking and also was not indicated upon arrival. Further, the hostess Natalya began to get personal, shouting in front of everyone that the Tatars are a finished nation and Muslims too, Tatars are worse than Jews, and so on and so forth. By virtue of our upbringing, we tried to refrain from conflicts, asked her to calm down and return the money to us so that we would all leave this place. Natalia refused.

The only negative - the window in the room in a vertical position did not open, only completely

Shower, since there are no restrictions on the floor, when taking a shower, the floor in the entire bathroom is wet, it is not comfortable

One drawback is bad mattresses, the springs are felt very strongly. For one night ok, but more would be hard.

Like most guest houses, it is tucked away somewhere in the back of the block, surrounded by other birdhouses. There is no need to wait for beautiful views. In some places in the room it would not hurt to wipe the dust, dirty and sticky remote control from the air conditioner. An old box-spring mattress does not offer any hope of a pleasant sleep.

We rented from May 19th for 5 days a room for two adults with a one-year-old child. We were given a free baby cot (playpen). Our large bed had a very comfortable mattress and comfy pillows. Special thanks for the perfectly clean linen and white towels, like in luxury hotels👍. There is always cold and hot water, the pressure is great. In general, the guest house has everything for a comfortable stay - an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a microwave oven on the floor, a cooler, a kitchen on the ground floor with utensils, a washing machine, etc. ... A very good administrator girl and an excellent maid. The bucket was taken out every day, cleaned on the 3rd day with a change of linen🙈 A huge plus that the hotel is located a little away from the road, behind the patio. It is really 2 minutes to the sea, with access to the center of the length of the embankment. Our room overlooked a shared balcony, but this did not bother us, no one looked out the windows. There are rooms with their own balcony. Taxi to the airport 250 rubles. We already want to go back 😭

In the room itself, they saved on everything (everything was cheap, old and fell off. Starting with the tap, which flows, and the towel rack fell off, ending with the general view as a whole. On Krasnaya Polyana, the room cost 300 rubles more, but this is heaven and earth

And yet - well, you decide with the plates already, you can't take them outside the kitchen area and that's it)))) It's great to have breakfast on your balcony, especially when it's raining and you don't have an umbrella for tables outside, or even when you're just tired. And then you - do not take out the plate 🤯 well, PPC, honestly. They cost a penny))) and the impression of you spoils great. If not for this, it would be i-de-al-no 🤗 And - a life hack - if the bed linen were not in a flower, but just plain - white, beige, and even gray / blue - it would really be a feeling that you are in a hotel with stars, such a small investment, and immediately the coolness of perception increases. Just in a flower - well, it is no longer relevant)))

Old mattresses, stone pillows, a cover-sheet for two adults in the size of 1.5 (the room was next to a common veranda, so peace only dreamed of and, in a good scenario, began at 00 o'clock. Honestly, I'm not a bore, but listening to other people's drunken conversations through the door is not very pleasant at night.I understand that it does not depend on the hotel, just unlucky.

The administrator especially insists on canceling the booking on Booking and getting a discount of 200 rubles / day for this, so that they do not pay on the site%. In this case, you will not have any checks or guarantees. - Furniture and plumbing that has seen the views (photo in the application). The bed and the door creaked, the audibility is amazing, especially the children behind the wall. - The view from the window to the common balcony, on which vacationers from all over the floor walked back and forth. And 10 meters further - construction, neither windows nor curtains can be opened. - The room is small, 12 meters, even the two of us had to squeeze between the bed and the closet. The declared 20 m is only if you count the bathroom and the common corridor for all combined. - The air conditioner is directed directly to the bed and is adjustable for dubak and heat (old model, limited settings). - Specially in advance found out whether early check-in is possible and whether it is paid. The administrator answered that of course it is possible, come without any problems, everything is fine. Upon arrival, she announced 200 rubles. surcharge for each hour of early check-in. - There are no shelves in the bathroom, only 1 handrail for towels. While taking a shower, every day I had to drag all the accessories from the room and put them in the sink.

Didn't like anything at all. The administrator was never seen, there were no receipts for payment. The hotel itself changed the dates of arrival, reducing them to one night.

Weifai on the 4th floor did not catch at all, no matter how many phones you overload, all three could not get an IP address. The air conditioner was unstable, it turned off and on spontaneously. The hotel administrator spontaneously changed my booking at the hotel from 3 days to 1 day, from a cost of 9430 rubles to 1500 rubles, for actual stay from July 9-12, 2019.
