Everything that concerns the settlement, accommodation, cleanliness of the room - at the highest level. Convenient location - next to the Olympic Park and the Formula 1 track within walking distance in a quiet private sector. Cozy kitchen with everything you need for self-catering. In the area there are many small shops with very pleasant prices, an inexpensive canteen and a good restaurant. The cutest cat lives in the hotel, able to set the mood for the whole day!

Very convenient location next to the Sochi Autodrom highway. A 5-minute walk is a cool dining room where you can have a very tasty and very budget breakfast. The room is very clean, comfortable. The hostess is very hospitable, told where you can eat, where you can go.

Excellent value for money. We stayed here at the end of October for two nights, our goal was Sochi Park, the Olympic Park and the embankment. If you know the right way, then on foot you can reach them in 15-20 minutes. Nearby there are two chain canteens, a chain grocery store. Quiet calm place. Very helpful staff. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a washing machine, a cooler with hot and cold water on each floor. The room is small, but quite cozy, there is a balcony.

The location is good enough. Nearby there is a canteen where you can eat fairly budget. Sochi park, Olympic facilities and singing fountains are also very close. The administrator is friendly, tried to answer all questions and even shared raincoats)

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator, air conditioning. On the floor there was an ironing board with an iron, a cooler with hot and cold water. Kitchen on the 1st floor, washing machine. The staff is very kind, polite! The Olympic Park is visible from the window. I walked about 20 minutes to the sea through the Olympic Park. By taxi, 3 minutes, ~ 60 rubles.

We came for a day. Very convenient location, we chose relative to the Olympic Park, not far away. Good repair, there is a children's trampoline in the yard, the kitchen has everything you need. I liked Anya very much, who is the only person behind the staff, as we understood.

Clean, the interior is modern, not "Sovdep", the admin is friendly and responsive, there is a barbecue area, it is very convenient, a good common kitchen, everything you need for cooking is there! The location is very good, there is a dining room nearby where reasonable prices and delicious, Olympic Park across the road, a promenade with equipped beach areas, with many cafes and restaurants, a 15-minute walk along good roads, even through the park, even around, rental scooters are freely available. As a whole, the whole of Adler was pleasantly struck by its cleanliness and good nature, we will definitely come back !!!

I liked that it was quite close to the Olympic Park. There is a network of canteens nearby. You can also buy a barbecue nearby. The hostess Anna is very sympathetic, she will tell and tell everything. The room is clean. The kitchen has everything you need.

An excellent combination of price, quality and location. Quite large and clean room with a large balcony and a superb view from the top floor to the Iceberg stadium. To the center of the Olympic Park on foot for 10-15 minutes, to Sochi Park about 15-20 minutes, by taxi 5 minutes without traffic jams. On the territory there is a small parking, a playground with a lawn and a children's trampoline and a barbecue area with all the accessories.

We wanted to buy charcoal for the barbecue, and the hostess gave us free charcoal for barbecue. The Olympic Park is very close and of course you have to walk to the sea for about 15-20 minutes. And the rest are all great, except the mattress 😁 thank you very much, we had a very good rest! Thanks for the price!

We were in Adler for 3 days! Convenient location of the hotel. 10 minutes from the Olympic Park. The cleanest rooms. Nice furniture. My son really liked the trampoline and the football field. Played with other kids! An incredibly nice administrator Anna. She showed everything, told, and even hung out with her son in the morning while we were getting some sleep) were very happy to stay here!

The room is clean, tidy, renovation and furniture is fresh, the hostess is wonderful! Location: far from the sea, but there are a lot of options for renting various vehicles around. Not far from the airport, but no planes are heard at all. Quiet residential area, no road or people can be heard. All noisy entertainment establishments are located on the coast. I liked everything very much, if we ever come to Adler, then we will return to this accommodation option. We thank Anna for the warm welcome and our carefree vacation!

A gorgeous hostess, she always went to a meeting. The room was very spacious, albeit cheap. Air conditioning and all amenities were present, we took this room as a staging post (for a while while we were traveling to Abkhazia), it justified itself, we spent the night quietly. It's a long way to go to the sea, but it's not scary, there are stops and rentals nearby.

At the request, we put an additional children's bed at no extra charge, as well as everything that was asked for was done: a hairdryer, a kettle, and so on! The location is great too! On the ground floor there is a kitchen with the necessary utensils (you can cook food). There is a washing machine in the kitchen that you can use. The hotel is located at some distance from the roads, so you can sleep with the windows open. Not far from the hotel is the La Terrassa cafe, as well as a good "Sat ate" dining room. Plus, the hotel has a very polite and responsible staff.

We rested from March 7-9. Family room for three. Everything is new, clean, fresh. Bed linen is white, thick, of excellent quality. Enough towels. Hot water without interruption. Heating is regulated if necessary. There is an air conditioner. The girl administrator called in advance to clarify the time of our arrival. Silence, courtyard with a gazebo. Close to shops and the Olympic Park. In the evenings, we walked late in the park: watched fountains, rode electric cars. Recommend.
