It was convenient for us with two children to live. We thank the hostess for taking into account our wishes.
Purely. There is everything you need for temporary residence. Near a well-groomed beach, a canteen, a market, 2 bus stops, a railway station. There is a small playground for children in the closed yard. It is possible for an additional fee to check out later than checkout time.
Very noisy. The kettle is noisy in the apartment (if it is turned on, the TV sound is not audible at medium volume), the air conditioner hums. When the window is open, noise from the road until 3 am and from 5 am. The window has sagged and it takes effort to open it.

From the moment of booking to arrival, we discussed all the points, from the postponement of the arrival and departure times, whether everything is available from the necessary for living. Upon arrival, we were greeted, shown the apartment, told where that was, given two sets of keys. Everything in the apartment corresponds to the photo attached on the site for review. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for relaxation. The station and the sea are within walking distance of 10 minutes. Stops, if city transport is also nearby, where you order a taxi and arrive). Attractions are also nearby, 30 minutes and we are in the Olympic Park or in the Arboretum. A market across the street, a canteen and many different shops. In general, super, our family liked everything. Thanks for the hospitality!!!

All perfectly!
Only bath towels in the room, there was not enough ordinary small ones to separately for the face / hands, otherwise it turns out all alone and there is nothing to wrap around the hair after the bath. Sleeping on the second floor with air conditioning is hot, without it it's cold.

I liked everything very much. We had a delayed flight for 2 hours and warned the hostess, they just asked to write as soon as we landed. We met, told everything and if there were any questions we wrote and immediately received an answer. Everything you need to stay is there. We will definitely come back 😌

Beautiful place
Were at the beginning of September with my husband and child. Wonderful location. 5 minutes walk to the sea. Nearby there is a bus stop. Literally everything is within walking distance, which is not unimportant when relaxing with a child. The apartments are fully consistent with the photographs. Thank you for a wonderful stay)

I liked the apartment in everything: cleanliness. the bed was like on the 2nd floor up the stairs. which is unusual and original! it was possible to sleep downstairs on a large sofa. Nice view from the window to the sea. My husband and I admired the extraordinary sunset. Close: sea, railway railway station, shopping center-market "Orange", public transport stop. The sea is in 2 steps !!!! The beaches are clean. RECOMMEND!!!
The air conditioner is working very loudly ... or rather, the device behind it. It was annoying .... I had to turn it off at night .. If the cooling system is adjusted, it will be just super accommodation.

Very cool room
We liked everything very much, the hotel is super, very comfortable 4 people will be obsessed with the room, everything is clean and comfortable! And the sea is nearby, 5 minutes walk. The beach is great, the sea was very clean and blue! In general, the rest turned out to be 100%. I advise everyone👍👍👍

Great apartment
Great apartment, clean, comfortable, quiet. Great view from the window. Everything you need is there: hairdryer, iron, ironing board, dryer, kitchen utensils, but we did not cook, as there was an Orange shopping center opposite and there was a wonderful dining room. We sat down to eat. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the railway station.
A very noisy electric kettle, woke everyone up in the morning if someone woke up earlier and wanted to drink coffee. And the refrigerator smelled bad and did not freeze at all, in the freezer our ice cream turned into a liquid cocktail.

Proximity to the sea (beach), the beach is refined (sand and some pebbles), the relative proximity of shops and bus stops. Across the road, a good market. The apartment has a beautiful view from the window, clean, air conditioner, dryer.
No airport transfer (knew in advance). Very small refrigerator (a pot of soup and a second will not fit). Sleeping upstairs is stuffy and hot, even with the air conditioner on. There are no kitchen utensils - crush, tin key, scissors. There is no broom, you don't want to start the vacuum cleaner on trifles. No trash can in the toilet. Little towels. Check-out at 12.00, to extend the check-out by 4-5 hours costs 1700 rubles, although the next check-in is the day after tomorrow. The staircase attracts children. The apartment has a specific smell. The ironing board is very unstable.

I recommend this accommodation option to everyone!
Stylish, fresh apartment near the sea. We lived here from the end of March to the end of June. The view from the window to the sea, mountains and the track is fantastic! The apartment is fully equipped, there is absolutely everything you need. The apartment is exactly the same as in the photo. Recommend!
I can't attribute this to a big minus, but the refrigerator is tiny.

LIKED EVERYTHING! Everything is very clean, beautiful, well-groomed! The apartment is located in a new excellent building with its own territory and a children's playground. There are shops nearby, to the airport and the center, the railway station (if you go to Rosa Khutor) - close, within walking distance. The sea is about 100 meters probably to pass and beautiful landscapes open up. Thank you very much to the administrator Larisa for her kindness and attentiveness!

The bed is also on the 2nd floor of the room, as the ceiling is high. The view from the window is a miracle. It is better not to go with children, the stairs, you cannot pull them off, they will climb.

We liked.
Good location. Close to the sea, five minutes walk. The beach is good, equipped for the season. From the station on foot for about 7 minutes, while the trains are not heard. The airport is also nearby, but the planes do not interfere at all. Nice view from the window. The sea, the station building, the overpass bridge are visible. Near the shopping center "Orange", near the house there is a small shop. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
It's stuffy to sleep on the second tier.
