Poor
-location of the house, everything is within walking distance, shops, cafes, etc. - low price, but not in season (October-November) for this money there are a lot of options
-on arrival at the apartment there was a dirty floor, as if they had not washed for at least a week, dust and dirt under the bed and sofa. -Since this is a lot of apartment buildings, there are neighbors, and the audibility is terrible. At night, neighbors through the wall like to walk loudly, listen to music, which prevented us from sleeping with the child. - somehow the ants still lived with us

New cozy apartments, pleasant light renovation. There is a washing machine, a clean kitchen, new dishes and an iron. Fresh linen and towels. Pyaterochka shop is 2 minutes walk, Adler market is 15 minutes walk. Mandarin beach about 10 minutes, in the evening on the beach there is an open-air movie. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the Olympic Park, but there are convenient parking lots nearby with per-minute rent of bicycles and scooters, you can take about five, drive and leave at the final point. Weifai is great. The hostess allowed to call in earlier than the appointed hour, for which many thanks! Well thought out with the transfer of keys, you don't need to wait for anyone, on the eve of arrival they say a secret storage place) You come, take and check in👍🏼
Think of something with an air conditioner, it is aimed directly at the bed, it is impossible to sleep with it turned on.

Exceptional
The apartment is located in the center of Adler. To the sea 10 minutes walk. Sochi Park and the Olympic Park are 30 minutes walk along the embankment. The house is new, renovated accordingly. All the conditions for a comfortable stay are there. I recommend the apartment!
