Great apartment!
Drill noise from neighboring apartments.

This is the first apartment of the 5 we rented on this trip that had a toaster in it! Surprised pleasantly) Many have written about the noise from planes landing over the house. We were not bothered in any way, although the windows were open. And in the dark it is also a very beautiful sight. Canteens, shops are very close. Overall, we were pleased with this placement. I will write about the shortcomings.
The apartment is cozy, but the impression is spoiled by some deterioration. Yes, comfortable bar stools in the kitchen, but with torn upholstery. Broken knives that are inconvenient to use. A loose toilet rim due to broken fasteners. Beautiful intricate chandeliers, but dusty. Comfortable bed, but the base is broken near the wall. It seems to be clean, but when they decided to move the sofa so that it would be more convenient to walk around the room, there were balls of dust under it, a children's sock and something else. I am writing all this only so that all these seemingly trifles would be noticed and eliminated. And everything will be fine!

I liked everything, the apartment has everything - dishes, hairdryer, towels. Conveniently located, nearby there are shops, cafes where you can eat inexpensively and tasty and not far from the sea. We have never regretted choosing this apartment for a vacation.

The apartment itself is very nice, pretty. But for that kind of money, it would be possible to clean perfectly. Still, we arrived with a child and cleanliness is the most important thing.
I didn’t like that the apartment was not clean. The floors didn't seem to have been washed. The next day I bought a product, washed the floors myself, and quickly walked through the toilet and sinks. The washing machine is moldy and the smell is awful (so I didn't even rinse things there). In the evening, you can hear everything that is happening with the neighbors above and behind the wall, until 11 pm. Therefore, our child fell asleep for a long time.

Everything you need for a vacation!
Excellent air conditioning, the location is cool - close to your favorite Imeretinka, there are many canteens and shops nearby. The kitchen is all equipped. The bed is comfortable, everything is super.
Sheer trifles - there were not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom and a cup for dental supplies.

This is definitely NOT a suite
Fresh renovation, good kitchen with everything you need.
The bathtub is very small and cramped. Towel for 3 people was 2 sets and 2 pillowcases. There are no bathrobes and slippers. No toilet paper. The hair dryer is of the travel type, very inconvenient. Blowing from the window and balcony door. The gas boiler (heats water and heating) turns off when it wants. On the day of arrival and the day after, it was very cold in the apartment, because this way the owners save on gas bills by turning off the heating when no one lives. There is no coat hanger. The bedroom is small but there is a lot of furniture in it, it is cramped and traumatic The house is located directly on the aircraft glide path. Planes land frequently. It's noisy, windows don't help. Upstairs neighbors are doing overhaul - VERY NOISY. 3rd floor, no elevator. I did not find information about this in the description of the apartments.

Feel at home.
Nice studio apartment with everything you need for living next to Imereti. Nice new kitchen with everything you need, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, large modern TV, good wifi. Parking in the courtyard, which is closed by a barrier. The view from the window to the sea, though to the port. The sea and the Olympic Park in 15 minutes. In three minutes there are various cafes and canteens, a pharmacy, pyaterochka, etc. Convenient exit without traffic jams to Krasnaya Polyana through Imeritinsiy! There is a market nearby.
The gas heater of water and heating worked a little intermittently, the owners promised to figure it out.

Excellent apartment in a quiet area
Great apartment! Fully match the description and photo. Very cozy and comfortable. Purely. Comfortable, medium firm mattress on the bed. Smart-TV. Wi-Fi flawlessly. Closed yard. Cameras around the perimeter and in the front door. Own parking. Good location: on the one hand, to the beach near the Mandarin shopping center, 15 minutes at a leisurely pace with a child, on the other, there is almost absolute silence in the evening. The exception is airplanes, but they are better than trains and screaming music. ))
Little things, such as a simple hair dryer and an iron, which do not in any way affect the overall experience of living, but rather just nitpicking))

The apartment is exactly like in the picture ... even better :) Everything is very thought out, comfortable and beautiful. 5+. Having already booked a room, I saw that there was no toaster ... just in case, I wrote to the hostess and she bought a toaster specially for us. For which she has a huge respect. The apartment has a washing machine, an advanced air conditioner, an iron, a microwave oven with a bunch of all kinds of dishes + bribed by a good coffee machine ... in general, the apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. From the apartment you can walk to the nearest beach at a leisurely pace in 5 or 10 minutes to the Mandarin beach. On the first, there are fewer people, but it also looks less ennobled. Due to the fact that the Mzymta River flows there, the sea is slightly colder than it really is. But you can step back a little :) What I could not get used to was the planes approaching for landing. They arrive very, very low and right above the house ... my fear of airplanes has reached its climax))) With the windows closed, you can hardly hear them. Double-glazed windows save) But you won't be able to sleep with an open balcony ... In general, I recommend this place, who loves good repairs and is not afraid of airplanes :)

Near the airport. Ie planes take off both day and night). Maybe not everyone will like it.
