There is a highway outside the window, so it will be noisy for those who have a light sleep.

Everything was great, nothing unpleasant. It is possible for those who have the camera positioned towards the road to be disturbed by the traffic noise, but it is nothing exaggerated. Living in a very quiet area, we noticed, but it probably wouldn't be a problem for most.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Neither the linen nor the towels were very clean. In addition, the soundproofing of the room is debatable, the noise from dn1 could be heard quite loudly inside.

Upon our arrival we had a bad welcome from the half drunk doorman😪 He gave us a dirty room asking us to pay half the amount. In the refrigerator there was some open food, belongings of another person. The bathroom was very dirty

it's on the road and it's very noisy even with the windows closed if we were received at the location only after 4 p.m., we expected the moon and bulb to be clean, but in the bathroom there were many unwashed traces of dirt.

The rooms facing the expressway are very noisy... It's not the owner's fault.

I didn't like it when we were received. there was an elderly man at the reception who, when he saw us, told us to pay him 230 lei, compared to the 200 lei we booked. he said that he doesn't care how much I booked because the room was more expensive for him. when I wanted to show him the reservation on the phone, he shouted nervously to give him 200 lei and that's it. he took the money and nervously left the reception shouting that he was going to finish this booking. we were all stunned by his attitude, with which he spoke to us. It was as if we were homeless people begging for accommodation. I wanted to turn left around and go to another hotel. Ugly from the gentleman, plus he didn't even give us a receipt or invoice for the money.

I checked in around 11 p.m. The owner declared himself very disturbed and had an unfriendly attitude, in some places, being verbally violent. The hotel parking lot was covered in construction materials, and I had to park on a pile of rubble. I asked for the bill, and that again was a problem, and then when I asked with the card, again he felt offended. He would have preferred me to pay him in cash, then give me the keys to the room.

I found the hostess drunk and conversing lustfully with two unruly clients who were trying to find a taxi.

Feather pillows, strange smell in the room

The property does not have the facilities listed. It has no restaurant or terrace, no hairdryer or minibar. It does not offer transport to the airport. The towels are incredibly small and thin. You can hear the traffic outside in the room, it is very noisy at night. Clogged shower cubicle drain. The owner/receptionist (he did not introduce himself exactly) is not communicative, he gives answers in a high tone as if he is bothered by the customers. I ordered food through a courier service and after seeing me waiting outside, pregnant, waiting for 30 minutes, entering the reception for a moment, this owner or receptionist chases the driver away, telling him that it was a prank and to leave, when my partner saw and we went out together, this gentleman leaving without apologizing. Very bad experience. I do not recommend! The description and listed facilities are completely missing!

There is not much emphasis on cleanliness. The linen and towels are extremely worn. In the rooms facing the main road, the noise is quite disturbing.

The sheets and towels were wet, I had to lay them out to dry. I would have liked more cleaning, the administration to insist on the maid to clean well, not on the surface. The remote control had no batteries, the person who received us was kind.

Customer service

1. The location on the main road. You hear the cars at all hours of the day and it's hard to fall asleep. 2. There is a terrible smell in the hotel. And in the rooms. The smell of sewage comes from the toilets at different times. 3. The host is not in the hotel lobby. He will sleep in a separate unit on the side. We arrived at the hotel at 03:00 in the morning. And there was no one to talk to. The host is completely unsympathetic. We were treated with disdain and impatience. 4. The wireless internet network is really bad. There is no reception from the second and third floor. There is reception outside the hotel.

There was an extreme noise from the large continuous boulevard 50-100 meters from the room, which faced the indicated road. Bad marking so I drove by twice before I became familiar with the small sign (see attached photo). Slightly problematic exit due to the heavy traffic in three lanes.

The only thing I had problems with is the Wi-Fi connection, as I had to work on my laptop, I didn't have a stable Wi-Fi connection.

There was no person at the front desk for any problems. The room smelled of toilet flush. The dog was blinding all night. There are two dogs attached to the hotel. So you don't have to sleep well. Pillows were too high to sit but not to sleep. Broken sheets and unmade bed. You will hear traffic noise all night as the windows don't fit. And you will never find a taxi because no one wants to pick you up because they are only 2 km from the airport.

No elevator. It's not breakfast.

There was no dough, there was no one, we waited for half an hour for someone to come. A noisy room on the road, even though there were supposedly sealed windows, they still heard everything and did not agree to change the room for us on the grounds that they were full, which was a lie. The hotel was empty! Rooms are not clean, cold water and it took them an hour to make sure there was water Warm. They did not agree to order a taxi at the reception. Unpleasant attitude... there are enough places at a cheaper price...

There is no elevator

I was supposed to be at the airport at 4 o'clock, no taxi company wants to pick you up here at night because it's only 6 km from the airport, the night before I asked for a taxi or transfer at this motel where you were met by a man almost naked.. was wearing only shorts and his answer was.... refers to a leaflet on the wall with taxi numbers. In other words, draw your plan!

The owner is completely uneducated and has zero hospitality, he still has a lot to learn in appreciating customers and knowing how to talk to them!!!

The stairs are too narrow to pass with a suitcase.

The treatment of the owner was very unprofessional, extreme and it seemed that only the fact of arrival bothered him.

Car traffic noise... non-stop. I couldn't sleep even though I used earplugs. The seals on the thermal panels in the north are being changed, at least in room 10.

The hotel does not offer breakfast. The nearest restaurant is about a kilometer from the hotel. Apart from the rooms, there is no toilet in the lobby or in any public place in the hotel.

No face towels, cheap linen.

The room was very dusty, there was no hairdryer in the room and the room was not cleaned the next morning. Also, the shower took a while to run out of hot water...and there was no change of towels and no paper or shampoo change.

The rooms were unventilated, the apartment was on the top floor and the hotel, which actually looks like a guesthouse, has no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcases up the narrow stairs with difficulty, there was no one at the reception to check out.

The curtains had holes in them, blankets that didn't seem to be very clean. Quite cold in the room, bearing in mind that it is almost November, the central heating should have been working harder. Uncomfortable pillows

I had a room in which something needs to be invested in linens, towels, quilts, which means that newer and bigger ones would be needed.
