the fact that it was close to the beach

Near the beach. The apartment is cool and on the first floor.

S It is a very cool apartment. There was no need to turn on the air conditioning even during the day, as we are a family with 3 children, who had to go to bed at lunch. Very close to the beach! We felt excellent! Very kind host! The apartment is equipped with everything you need.
The only thing I think is necessary, a hanger at the entrance!

A wonderful stay. Hope to be back soon.
It's close to the beach, but unfortunately you don't have a sea view. The blocks are built close together and only those in the first line have a view of the sea. For a week's stay it doesn't seem like a major inconvenience. The owner is very kind.
The apartment is new and there are some minor things to improve, for example a soap holder, shampoo in the shower, mosquito nets.

The owner is a special, fair, responsible and attentive man. The apartment is well maintained, clean, properly equipped and functional.
